My experiences are always good at Brooks hearing. They do their job and are always very nice and hospitable and yesterday they told me that the ear plugs I had on my hearing aids could cause feedback or other problems. Thank you fo letting me know.

I live 50 miles from Brooks Clinic so I don't make a special trip to get my hearing aids cleaned. When I am in Paris and stop by, they always welcome me and clean my hearing aids in a very timely manner. I am grateful for them.

I’ve been going to Brooks hearing clinic for almost 3 years and while at first I was very happy with services, I’ve become increasingly more frustrated with the decline of service. At 17 I was incredibly grateful to be able to get hearing aids and was excited to begin working with them. They seemed polite and helpful. Since turning 18 my insurance under my dad has understandably changed but Brooks has been no help in facilitating this change. In August this year I went in for a checkup because I felt I was having some loss and trouble hearing again. The appointment was made and then confirmed weeks in advance but they wanted until the day of the appointment to tell me it would be $90 out of pocket because my insurance doesn’t cover checkups. I was also originally paying for my batteries out of pocket until I talked with someone and we were able to find that my insurance covers so many batteries a month (I think it’s like one pack) but today when I went back they told me they had no record of this exchange or proof that my insurance could cover any such thing. I requested a copy of my audiogram taken in August and was told I would have to wait for it to go through medical records to give it to me and they would call so I could pick it up, but today when I went they had again, no record of this and no request processed so I am STILL waiting to get a copy of my audiogram. They also aren’t helpful beyond hearing tests and batteries because after clearly communicating that I feel as though I am struggling and have had loss, all I got was a test that says I haven’t lost any hearing so I ended up paying $90 so they could raise the volume of my aids. To put the cherry on top most of the receptionists are very quiet which is so inconsiderate for a hearing clinic. I am so over the lack of communication and care at this facility and I’m ready to start looking into other clinics.

Provider very professional and all staff extremely courteous. I appreciated doctor taking time and thoroughly explaining the test results as well as offering financial options. She offered assistance for all future needs as well. Outstanding customer service by all!

I have always been treated most friendly and considerate. The ladies up front work to make schedules work and Cathy is excellent at adjusting hearing aid settings and types for what each person needs

I was very pleased with my experience. Today. From the greeting and explanation of paperwork to the demonstration of a hearing aid and various features available, cost ranges and possibility of financing. Cathy was professional, answered our questions and did not pressure us. Very pleased with the experience.

Dr. Lance & staff Made me very comfortable and they were very informative. I really appreciate the personal Attention & all the information doctor Lance provided me. He cleaned my ears my right ear popped And seems to be Just fine my right is a little muffeled But I expect that to turn around so thank you !Shane

Cathy, is so sweet and knowledgeable.The office personnel are amazing, Amber at the front and there is another lady that was there today, have seen her a few times too, not sure of her name, they are always happy to see you come in and glad to assist you in any way they can.I just appreciate the entire staff, even the ones behind the scenes making it all function so smoothly.The young lady who gives me my test there at the clinic so kind.I think it was Jamie who gave my initial test at Dr Erickon's office, she was very nice as well (3 yrs ago almost).
