From the reviews, it looks like this place is a hit and miss. My experience was good, the guard shack lady was good. I was about an hour late for my appointment but they checked me in and loaded within 1 hour. They were nice and professional.
The entrance is at Love’s Truck stop

Very fast in and out. Great people thank you. Unloaded 1 pallet less then 30mins. Checked in at 12pm out @12;25pm my appt was for 2pm.
