I had a very good experience with Car-Mart Paris Tx location Nov 14th of this year needed a vehicle very badly Haven hooked me up,she made the process quick and understandable for me and I really appreciate that she really knows her stuff,I've bought 3 other vehicles from the Paris location and they've always been courteous to me thanx so much Haven!

Everything i look there web site and read the views makes you want splash there name all over Facebook telling people how much of this dealership is big joke for real if you take 500 dollar lay in front of them they still give you the run around telling you bring 2000 more along with that 500 see when you type in buy here pay here there web site comes up but they don't like help poor people or bad credit with out heavy door payment went to dealership in durant Oklahoma got the best service and new ride home with 500 dollar down payment I don't recommended none my family ever shop here and my friends

If I could ZERO stars I would.
My experience with Car Mart of Paris has been frustrating from start to finish. I originally bought my car believing it came with a solid service contract and warranty. Unfortunately, when issues started, getting help became a constant struggle.
The car was first serviced earlier this year for stalling and shaking issues. I was told the problem was fixed, but it started doing the same thing again a few months later. On October 24, I picked the car up from their shop after being told it was repaired, but that wasn’t true — the car still doesn’t run properly and remains inoperable in my driveway.
I spoke with Raymond, the General Manager, who initially sounded understanding and promised that the car would be picked up and I’d receive an update. However, that follow-through never happened. As of now, my car is still sitting where it’s been since October 24, and no one from Car Mart — not Raymond, the mechanic, or anyone else — has reached out with an update. Calls go unanswered, and it feels like they’ve completely stopped communicating once the sale was complete.
It’s extremely disappointing to spend money on a car that I can’t drive and to be promised service that never happens. I’ve tried to be patient, but the lack of honesty, accountability, and basic communication has made this one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
If you’re considering buying from Car Mart of Paris, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. They may talk about warranties and service contracts, but when it’s time to actually stand by their word, the help disappears. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I’ve experienced

two weeks ago I put in my application gave them a check stubs everything I needed to give them but the truck I want they was doing a promotion of 599 down and I kept calling and kept calling. They said the truck needed to have some engine work done on it so I called last week before October 1 because the promotion was gonna run out. They told me that I was still eligible for the next promotion on October 1st which is 499 down then I called them yesterday. The truck still had to be worked on. I just received an email that I was declined. I’m really upset after told I was gonna get a vehicle and then I was given the runaround I still want the truck and I hope they’re willing to work with me still. Also they gave me a down payment but it went from low to higher then I was told $667 monthly payment now I wouldn't know any thing until then truck is out of the shop I mean I would like to give them a chance if they are willing.

Haven made my nightmare morning turn around in no time! 530am my car literally decided to die, no reviving it! I couldn't be without a car for work and my kiddo! Between my husband and Haven by 2pm I was driving away in a new ride! The process went so smoothly 🙏🏻 on top of all of it I was sick so having to get a new car at that moment was not on my agenda! But car mart and Haven have made it a great experience! Also cant forget to mention Chris for fixing a few small issues!!! Thanks guys for making this a good experience 👏🏻🙌🏻🫶🏻
