The pharmacy is the worst in north Texas. Just rude. Been using this location for 18 years. Never again. The two that work in the afternoon are just unprofessional and a liability to the company. Read the other reviews. I almost stopped going to this location 3 years ago when they gave me the wrong script for blood pressure medication that almost put me in the hospital. I wouldn’t fill my dogs script there.

My physician called in prescriptions, the pharmacy called said they would be ready the next day by 10am. When my husband went to get them they said they must have lost the voicemail. Pharmacist was rude, asked my date of birth about 7 times. I had to call my physician back to call in prescriptions again. It was for a z pack, decadron and albuterol it wasn’t like it was a narcotic

If I could give this no stars I would/ they suk how do you run out of people's medical medicines this has happens multiple times with my meds and they don't even FU€€€€€ Care - I never write reviews but if your looking for a pharmacy even if you have to pay more go somewhere else do yourself a favor save your aggravation and most of all doing without your meds / I hope I have heart attack so I can sue the s*** out of your a** and own your Fu€€€€ corporations I've even written a letter to corporate hopeful they will fire the management I've never been so pissed off

This CVS gets all my stars because of one employee that was extremely helpful this morning! ANGIE went out of her way and spent way too much time working with CVS CareMark to get approval for a controller inhaler for my daughter. We are heading out of town and my daughter needed this medication to improve her breathing. We are both very grateful for your effort! Thank you Angie!!!
