They've messed up my son's prescription twice. Lost it, ordered the wrong thing. He's been without an inhaler for a week now.

3 days to fill a steroid pack is beyond unacceptable! The steroid pack is already in a box… I had to go back 3 times to try and get it and each time no expectations of time was given, just generalizations. I wouldn’t return to this pharmacy or store location even if my stuff was free!! Absolutely astounding how they’re still in business!!

I believe her name is Christina, and she has the worst customer service I have ever had in CVS. If she doesn’t want to deal with couponers then maybe she should change job as cvs always offer coupons which helps consumers save money. Very rude and always frown that makes you feel she isn’t happy you are shopping at that store. I have encountered other cvs sales associates that are very welcoming and even help you when you have issues with your transactions. But this staff if she could tell you directly to leave she could have I guess, as she told her coworker in loud voice in front of me and other couponer that they need to have a policy that they won’t accept couponers after 9pm. She needs to go to a workshop about customer service relation as she doesn’t know how to do it right.

Stopped in here on my way through town to get a couple of items we forgot at home. They had everything we needed and I really appreciated the self checkout. As I was walking out an associate reached out to me thanking me for coming in and to have a good day. The parking lot had craters in it and the sidewalk leading into the store was completely degraded and dangerous with loose concrete everywhere. There's no way anyone with a cane, wheelchair, or other assistive walking device is going to get in safely.

I have been using CVS for about 10 yrs now for my Rx. About 90% of the prescriptions I've picked up have come with a problem or inconvenience. Very unorganized. I have to wait days to get my Rx at times (which I am very concerned about because don't people need medications to get better ASAP?) Shame on me for taking this long to change pharmacies, but you can only give someone "the benefit of a doubt" so many times.

Dropped off my prescription 2 days ago, it's nothing that is hard to get or exotic its for goodness sake. 2 days later and 3 trips still not available. So I see now they open the pharmacy an hour later...maybe they should use that hour to get caught up. The pharmacy assistant said they had not finished last weeks orders yet....how can that be!!! I'm done with CVS awful awful awful.
