Saturday afternoon Paris location, Wlak in, they were busy. As i sat there i seen a family walk out and thought BONUS of getting bumped up in line. 1 lady finished with client and trouble with the cash out, she got that handled and went to the back. 2nd lady finished up and cashed out her client and disappeared in the back. I sat there 10 more minutes before i walked out. I understand being busy but they didnt even acknowledge that there was another customer waiting. I dont see myself returning there.

I told the guy that I wanted it alittle bit shorter then my shoulders and he cut it to my chin, and cut the back uneven. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

Went in at 5:25 for a men’s hair cut, walked in, and 2 workers were sitting in the waiting area, claiming to be closed. Said they close at 5:30, when online and on the door it states close is at 6. I know I went in with 30 mins until closing time, but a men’s cut normally only takes 10-15 mins. So we assumed it’d be plenty of time. They both refused service because they already put their supplies up. It’s stated online and on the door that closing time is 6, doors are unlocked and workers are just sitting there? For what??? Lock the doors and leave. It looks like they just didn’t want to work for the last 30 minutes.

I walk in at 525pm first a hair cut and was told that they are closing no time fir hair cut but hour posted are they close at 6pm.

I'm so terrible with names but the guy who cut my hair was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helped me achieve the perfect haircut. I wanted Sabrina Carpenter bangs and that's what I got! Every time I style my bangs now, I get so giddy. I can't gush over my hair enough or the guy who cut it. I won't be going anywhere else!

Very unprofessional. My husband went in and I was on the phone with him when he was explaining to the stylist what he would like done. He mentioned having a wife and she still gave him her personal cellphone number and her off days on a card and said call me. That is the most disrespectful and unprofessional thing I have ever seen. My family as well as a few others I have mentioned this experience to will never go back.
