Very rude staff. This wasn't surprising, when the bank opened, as new employees can be difficult, so I gave them a chance, but after being told, as if I was a toddler, "congratulations on using the ATM," and that I should get used to it, since the atm is where I should be getting my cash, rather than bothering them for it, I am definitely going to bank elsewhere.

Needed 2 rolls of quarters, "are you a member?" No... "Our policy states we can't..." Yeah I bet you'd put jewish prisoners in showers too.

This bank is something else. I would not recommend. For one you can’t even take money out of your own bank at a certain time. (At 5pm or after) & if you want to talk to someone about something, you have to call a number that’s not even for the location of Paris. It’s frustrating to have a bank that’s local & have problems like this. ?♀️ 1-5. I would rate it a 1 ⭐️.
