“Really beautiful building and super solid instructors. Attended both morning and evening sessions. Morning is very chill and a great way to wake your body up. Grab a coffee after the morning session to start your day right. Evening is definitely a flow that will get your blood flowing for some evening energy. The prices are great and the people are lovely. A great walk-in deal and located in downtown for some inspiring sunrise/sunsets post class.”

“This is a really terrific workout facility. The staff really does a good job maintaining the facility and the equipment. If you have any questions or need help the staff is always friendly and there to help. This facility is a safe place to come and bring your kids and as a added perk they will even watch your kids while you workout. They even have all kinds of classes and tanning booths. The bottom line is this place is safe, the staff is caring and the people really friendly. That goes a long way for me and my family.”
