Hibbett Sports, a popular sporting goods retailer, is known for its friendly and helpful staff. Customers often praise the employees, who are described as polite, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to assist shoppers. The store is praised for its cleanliness and organized layout, though the selection in the women's shoe section may be limited. While the website may not always accurately reflect the in-store inventory or discounts, the deep discounts available at the physical store are a pleasant surprise for many customers. Overall, Hibbett Sports provides a positive shopping experience, with a focus on customer service and value.
Great customer service. Always friendly and helpful when walking in the door. Location manager is one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with in customer service.
