For the last year I've had great experiences here. Employees are friendly and helpful. The first year I lived here, the men were extremely sexist and wouldn't speak to me unless my husband was present. When I did manage to get someone to speak to me they were extremely rude and made it seem like I didn't know what I needed. Insisting I needed pictures of the the thing I was trying to repair.

Today I went and picked up my newest Halloween decoration. Jack loaded it for me. He was the absolute best, so kind, and apologized for it taking it longer than he felt it should have. It took maybe 7 minutes total.
Thank you Jack for being so kind ! I appreciated it.

Jenn at the Paris location was very rude, my order was shorted by 20 pieces of metal roofing. When I called, I was questioned like a criminal and before she even had my order number, immediately said, "I doubt it" when I first mentioned they were missing. This WAS my new favorite location since moving to North East Texas in 2021. Happy for a store to conduct due diligence, not happy to be treated like a common criminal.

I bought 200 stone pavers that were 12 x 12. It took my little truck 3 trips to haul it all home. Jason and his team were very nice and helpful in loading my truck, making sure it wasn't overloaded and that I was comfortable with the weight.

I am able to get in and out of our local Paris Home Depot. In Frisco, it would take 30 minutes to navigate the parking lot.

Paco went above and beyond trying to help us find a lightbulb replacement for our lava lamp. He looked through their whole inventory and when he couldn't find what we needed he helped us look online to find other options. Give this man a raise!! With that attitude and character I must say Paco for president 2024!!
