Awful experience. The older lady in the bakery was friendly and the manager was kind in passing. That is where the buck stops. All other employees not friendly. No produce bags available. I specifically went early this morning (before 8am on Saturday), to avoid the crowd. Living in the country I shop in bulk every few months to avoid constant trips to the store. I had A LOT of groceries and the only check out was self checkout. The checkout monitor lady said 'this is all ya got this morning' when I asked if a conveyor type check out line was open. I am very old school, and prefer to check out in legit checkouts when buying so much at one time Good service goes a LONG way! But this experience was a total pain in the tush type beatdown.

The associates that work in the deli section need additional training on how to interact with people and multitask. I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged while 3 girls worked behind the counter and focused on giving an employee items for a pickup order before ever greeting me with "what can I get for you". Only 1 of the girls was getting items for the pickup. They are never friendly and always act annoyed when I ask for anything in the deli and this is not a first time occurrence.

For 31 years I have shopped at Kroger's spending thousands and thousands of dollars. their meat and produce everything always wonderful; people always so kind. tonight for the first time I went in and not one single human cashier was working. they had eight self checks open. four were credit card only, I had cash. A long line of people waiting. three young men standing watching the self check. I was so frustrated I decided I did not want my buggy full of groceries. when I asked the young man were to leave my buggy, he asked the other young man who must've been in charge if he could check me out, and thankfully he did. If Kroger's is going to all self check, I guess I will have to start going to Brookeshire's. I don't want to shop at Brookshires their quality of food does not compare, but they always have cashiers to weigh produce etc.

Okay, this is absolutely the most ghetto Kroger's I've ever seen. The store was filthy. We asked about the bathroom and we had to go ALLTHE WAY INTO THE BACK and into the warehouse-y section where they store things. When we came out, we, single women, felt endangered. Half of the self checkouts were down and the lines were a cluster. They got some up and running. Half of the security lights outside weren't on

for the last 2 weeks, sale items in their weekly add have been out of stock and unavailable. This last time I asked to speak with the store manager (David) and he said that it was a problem with the distribution. The problem is I drive 70 miles to shop and it seems a lot like a bait and switch scheme to me. They lure you in with good sale adds and then don't have them. David also told me that it was Kroger policy, not to issue rain checks or substitute another item for the one that is out of stock. He was not very helpful at all and seemed unconcerned that I had driven there for the sale item that was not in stock. by the was the sale had been running only one day for a week long add. Very disappointed with customer service.

Our store lost the Express Checkout and only had 2 registers open since the store installed more self checkouts. I tried to talk to the manager to let him know that I do not like the loss of cashiers and open lanes. He got rude with me, especially after two more customers stated their opinions also. He even said that he would fire all the ones he just hired, which were not on the floor or presently helping check customers out. He was completely unprofessional. And I will not be back. Especially since the store did its reset for pickup, they quit carrying a lot of the organic products I bought.

I had a terrible experience here with a new bagger, but the service desk manager handled it well. All over a d*** loaf of bread. Not the best experience ever, but the manager was willing to fix the situation. That's a win.

Gracey Meyer I hate when restaurants get your order all completely wrong, i can see a minor mistake because I used to work in restaurants, but it sounds like you had a doozy of a messed up order. I have not been to a walmart in ages. I prefer to but meat from the local butcher shop, they have nice meat at a an inexpensive price. 4 mins · Like

Always out of what they run on sale. Day two of sale out of Catfish fillets! Wow The week before last they had boneless pork loin 1.49 limit 2. Go up there and a hand made sign said limit One. Thats false advertising. We get sick and tired of driving all the way up there and then they dont have it. If you question them at the meat market they always want to get pissy with you. We have started going to McKinney about every two weeks and shopping at Market Street. Krogers could take lessons from them. The quality of the meat will blow Krogers away! Yep not happy. Pretty much done with Krogers! !:'(.
