I sure hope they’re nicer and more direct to their customers than to passerby’s minding their own business. If they wanted me to move my car they could have just said that instead of treating me like I’m stupid and a possible thief. It was only ten minutes, and I never left my vehicle. Sorry y’all are mad Scott’s has more business than your barren parking lot. Talking about how Scott’s employees shouldn’t use customer parking and it would be “so much better” when one of their own satellite work trucks is in their own customer parking. Ridiculous and petty.

First time there great customer service. Dwayne is knowledgeable experienced and very helpful. I drop off my equipment and 30min later texting was done returned to pick it up. Dwayne gave me a few tips. Price for testing was reasonable. I plan to use the service and buy products in the future.Thanks Dwayne

Lamar Satellite talked me out of a satellite internet service and into GOTW3 service. It was terrible from the start ang worse later. Lamar Satellite made a partial refund of my installation cost. GOTW3 did not and disputed my refund claim thru my credit card. They claimed a 14 day trial period that was not shared with me after the installation. In fact, there was nothing in writing! I was TAKEN. I was charged $134.99 plus $89.99 for maybe 4 hours total of erratic service. The help number I was given would not answer. I finally got thru to them and demanded better service, it did not improve. Now they have disputed my refund!!!!!

I have been with ViaSat through Lamar Satellite for over 2 years now and have had few issues, which have all been resolved quickly. If I do have an issue, I simply make a call, they try to resolve over the phone, and if can't be done, then they send a knowledgeable tech out quickly and then I am right back up and going. Great service and great people to work with! Dewayne, Nadra and Josh are awesome!

TRASH! We can not stream videos, online gaming, or anything for that matter. Are attempting to try to get a refund since it never worked. They said when we return the device we will get one, and now they're saying that was never the agreement. Giving them one star is being generous.

The only thing that is consistent with this provider is that it’s bad. From your download speeds not being near what they’re said to be, to the employees being completely lacking in knowledge of things they shouldn’t, this provider is a complete waste of time and money. Look elsewhere for an ISP.

Started out great but after I started working from home, in May, and we upgraded to faster speeds (much higher cost) the system started freezing 20+times a day, especially when I'm on the phone with a customer. They cannot hear me, I cannot hear them. I've lost business because of it.The internet went down on a Saturday (I work on weekends) and we left them a message with a request to call us back. They never did. It was 5-6 hours before the internet was back up. Very poor service or concern from the company.Why don't companies understand that if you keep your customers happy they will stay with you. If you don't they will go elsewhere to get better service.Avoid them if you need a stable connection.
