If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. Worst bank I have ever had. The app is horrible. It has multiple features you can use, except you can’t. The features always “pending”. Also, just checked tonight, because I get paid on Thursday nights, and my checking account was closed for whatever reason. I had direct deposit set up for me and my fiancé on this account and now I have to go to the bank and figure out where my money is so I can pay my bills. This is ridiculous. I’m finding a new bank as soon as possible with better communication skills and customer service.

Tonight I am sitting here at my computer trying to figure out if the banks system is doing updates or what because you never know when that will be happening. I am showing that the bank has sent back my deceased mom of two weeks Social Security check which I understand. But what I do not understand why its been taken out twice and now its caused an overdraft as well as an embarrassment at one of the local stores. So this brings me back to the beginning. I cannot go online and see due to the automated system is rejecting my code again or doing updates again. I tried 3 times to reset it with no success. And what is "city of millennium"? security question? The automated phone system is tells me that the account is in inactive status again. I use the debit card at least twice a month to keep it active and here it is again locked down. Checked back the next money and they second check they took out is back. Just a glitch they tell me.

is you Need! to update your online times because it's now Saturday I drove all the way up there to the drive thru the main bank its closed but it states on your web page that the main bank is open.
