“Let me tip my hat to the Paris, Texas staff! They go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. From the front office staff to the respiratory therapy tech to management. They are top notch. Unfortunately, I must stay the corporate folks in FL are less than helpful the two times I've tried to address errors...the most recent they said I didn't return a CPAP headset (which was not the style I have used for the last 8-10 years) due to an error on their part. Because they have an undisclosed policy of returns within 60 days, they would not provide the needed headgear and gel frame for my NuancePro! I do think this is fraud because I returned the items (2 packages) sent me in error to the local, Paris, TX store and that team jumped through hoops to help me) and yet they have billed my United Healthcare Medicare Advantage and have been paid even though I have returned both packages of the wrong item. Is that considered fraud? Asking for a friend! I would give 5 star just for the Paris team and -5 stars for the Florida fulfillment team!”
