“Our experience at the AT&T store was exceptional, all thanks to Marina Helms. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. What really stood out was how clearly she explained everything—no confusion, no pressure, just genuine help. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely confident in our decisions. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and thorough. Marina truly made the whole experience a positive one! Highly recommend asking for her for any of your cellular needs. We will definitely be back. Thank you Marina!!”

“Diego was amazing helping us get switched to a better service and was patient while we were waiting for our old carrier to take their time giving us the transfer and account numbers. Way better customer service than US Mobile.”

“I just needed to take a second to brag about the very Nice T-Mobile employees helped us! My phone Was not working on Monday and I needed to upgrade and switch over to a new line. Tori and Tony were the employees working that day. My phone was taking longer than expected to transfer The data onto the new phone, And we had my three-year-old daughter with us! Tori was patient and walked us through the entire process and answered every question that we had! Tony helped us entertain our three year-old, hung out with her, showed her the crayons and coloring books. And even let her watch videos on his phone while we were handling our phone services with Tori. They were both so personable And knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience! We left as very happy customers, and my toddler was very happy as well!”

My phone was busted and service was horrible at cricket and she hooked me up and convinced me to switch to meteo. She also told me about all thier great deals on other accessories and tablets. “I really like this walmart because they have a lot of items that the other walmarts do not have. This Walmart keeps in stock a lot of products for my Dodge Ram van that I am not able to find at the Walmart in Hugo,Oklahoma. In addition, the customer service is average when it comes to helping you,The only bad thing that I did not like is that sometimes it is kind of hard to find someone to help you find the products that you are looking for.”
