I counted on their knowledge and gas fuel systems referral they sold me for1000 dollars a fast fuel pump that was to small for my truck charged me double for what they cost my truck my living has not run now for 28 days they are are scandals and take advantage of a person that is not a mechanic but I now know stay away from this company

We own 2 F250 trucks and we had to replace the transmission on one and then a week later the suspension needed work on the other. Stephen's was extremely responsive and had the new transmission in and ready to go in less than a week. The suspension issue happened on the weekend and they answered my late night text AND let us tow the truck directly to their shop. They diagnosed the issues on each and called us ASAP to discuss the issue, price to fix, and timeframe before they started any work. I will continue to bring our trucks to this location.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY. We broke down at the gas station and called the guy, he seemed real nice, said he could get the truck fixed in two days. After that we could hardly get ahold of him. Maybe every 4/5 days and only over text. He had the truck for nearly a month. My husband told him we needed the truck back multiple times, he finally gave us a time to pick it up that it was ready. He drove two hours down there to pick it up and the guy text telling him the truck is in pieces. The police were called to be aware of the situation because he wouldn’t even let us know the location of the truck. A couple days later he was seen driving our truck and was pulled over in it. The cop told us this wasn’t the first time he’s done this to someone.

We were on our way to Florida when the van started loosing power. We had to find a hotel at 10:00 pm on a Saturday night which meant we needed a mechanic Sunday morning. We found James and he got to our hotel as soon as he could with the parts we needed. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We were on our way within hours and had no trouble getting to our destination. Repairs were very reasonable. We highly recommend James.

I was traveling across a couple states when I had motor trouble. Robert fixed my car and loaned me a vehicle to use while the repairs were being done. You are a life saver.

I was visiting family outside of town and drove in to town to get better cell service and do some remote work in my truck. I left my key in the ignition and ran my battery down. I called and asked if they could come jump my battery and he came immediately! Great small town service!

I highly recommend this shop, I was stuck on the side of the road with my international truck. I called this shop and explained to the mechanic what was going on, he immediately diagnosed what the problem was over the phone with the information I gave him, came out to the truck, got it running enough to get it back to his shop, (so I didn't have to pay for a tow) and had me back on the road in a few hours. Most places try to really gouge you for roadside assistance, this guy was really reasonable and knowledgeable, if you're ever near Paris, Texas and break down, this is the place you should call!!!

Don't waste your time calling anybody else but them, I was coming up from Houston to Springfield Missouri and I pulled over in the parking lot of What a Burger only to come back out and find that my truck would not start . After several failed attempts to try to get my truck started they pulled up in the parking lot, pulled my starter went and got me a new one put it on my excursion and got me back on the road they are the most incredible people and incredible shop in all of Paris Texas. They completely saved me. I cannot thank them enough for getting me back on the road And safely to my destination in Springfield Missouri.

I was stuck in Oklahoma with a probable bad alternator and no mechanics there work past 5P on Fridays. Paris TX is 25 miles away and so I spoke with these guys on the phone. They told me what to do so i could make it to them and then did a great job at a very price and got me back on the road towards Dallas. And on a Sunday morning!

Robert worked on my son's truck. After going to different places, he was the one who could fix it correctly. He is honest and reasonable.
