Haley, Tandi & Dr. Nottingham were great. this is the third vet I've tried in town, and finally have someone that takes my dogs seizures seriously. I am a fellow business owner and they accommodated my schedule even though they were booked. So grateful they were able to get my Chevy in and make him a priority. Pricing is great and the staff had incredible customer service. Highly recommend giving them a try.

To many clerical errors. The vet was great but to get to the vet and do business you have to get through the office staff. I let the first few things go, then I complained about several issues that that directly impacted my pets. Then they wanted me to have a lab test to refill a prescription and that lab test had been drawn 2 months before they asked for it again and the lab was stable. When I would comment on something being wrong they always got defensive and practically said they do not make mistakes. I have gone to this clinic since 1984 it is so sad that changes have been made but they do not seem to know to look at they chart to see a yearly physical was done and the lab work was right there in black and white and looking good. No reason to not refill my pets med. I even took my pet back once to have whatever she needed to have done yet the office staff did not seem to recognize that. Again the vets are very good if you have a chance to talk to them. Also I had a weekend issue and called the emergency number and no vet tech called me back. Funny you use to have a vet call return your call and you always got a call back. Supposedly they checked it out but did not care enough to call me and tell me why.

All about the money ! They are very rude ! They didn’t keep me updated like they were supposed to. Went over the amount we agreed on then expected me to pay another $400 ! My puppies came back home just as sick as when they got there. Maybe even sicker… They were really skinny, skittish, not wanting to eat or drink, and aggressive !

Terrible customer service, like the worst. The women at the front desk are extremely rude. I took my pets here for years only to be treated very rudely by new people who recently took over. Take your pets anywhere but here!!

Highly recommend! Our sweet chi weenie contracted parvo and she was severely ill when we took her in on Monday. 5-8 days were projected to be her stay there and 48 hrs after admission we have our precious Ethel back with us eating everything in sight, bouncing, and playing! Dr. Rause and her staff were amazing, I was able to call for updates frequently and they were all so wonderful! Thank you just doesn’t convey how grateful we are to have our baby still among us!

Today I had to find emergency help for my dog Deja, after she had gotten into a fight with another dog. The people on staff were excellent. Everyone seemed truly concerned and eager to help me get the best care for my 9 year old fur baby. I am grateful for their help.

I have used Lamar Veterinary Clinic for 20 plus years. They are amazing. Dr. Nottingham saved our rat terrior 20 years ago on the weekend after she was attacked by a large dog and he was so compassionate when I had to have my other rat terrior put to sleep this year. I can't for get Jessica as she was so kind and put Lexy in a very nice box for me to bury her in instead of just giving her to me in the towel I brought her in. Great bunch of people.
