We came in near 5pm, just needed an inspection. There were 2 cars ahead of us, one in each bay, so it took several minutes to get to us. 2 people working. Our windshield wipers failed inspection, so we bought new ones on site, very inexpensive. I thought I'd speed things up so the lady could go home, but when I got out of the truck to take off a wiper, she told me I couldn't be on the shop floor. First time I've ever hear that! At other shops, I usually do the "walk-around" my vehicle while the mechanics work. I know the hazards of a shop. I grew up around pits and lifters. She did good work, just slow and not as friendly. I prefer Kwik Kar's service. It's a short way down Hwy 82 into town.

Wonderful customer service we went to get a coolant flush (2014 black Nissan juke) and was given a great price for it $85! We all had a good laugh when I made my husband switch seats with me while I was trying to pull into the bay and got extremely nervous! We were given some extremely valuable information about our car! We will be back! Won’t go anywhere else for our oil changes or inspections or other car needs that they offer! And yes they now offer coolant flushing!!!!!

First off, it took them 12 minutes to even get to me, with only one car in front of me. I can understand if they are short-handed, etc... I wanted an inspection, I saw only two people. Finally, after 12 minutes, a young 'lady' removed the cone so I could pull forward, she waved her arms for me to move forward, I did, then she frantically said, "SLOW DOWN!", which was not called for for any reason. She already had an attitude when she first approached me anyway, I almost drove away then, but, I thought that I'd give them a chance. I know we all have our bad days and don't see ourselves as others do, so, I continue. After yelling that, she motions for me to go left, REALLY frantic-like, like I am driving 30 mph. She did that twice in a matter of my 5 feet of travel distance.Again, I knew that I should just drive away, she had a scowl on her face before she 'waited' on me, and kept it on her face the entire time I was there. She never once made any eye contact, and had a look like she not only hated her job, but hated that she had to have contact with people.I had opened my window about 4 inches, she asked me, "How many miles on your car?", I told her, she said, just like a really bad cop, "Sir, I can't hear you, roll down your window!" (Exclamation point)I rolled it down and told her again, nothing else was said. She roams around the shop for a minute or two, then comes back and said, "Left blinker", right blinker, and so on, that also said in a very uncaring, stern voice 'like I am the one' that is spreading a bad day to everyone. The whole time that I was there I tried to 'see' what could possibly make her act this way, but I didn't see any reason. She does some paperwork, then asks for my insurance only, not my title information also that I have always had to hand over, but, O.K.She then tells me the cost, I hand her my credit card, and I wait for the receipt. She hands me my paperwork, then again, without looking at me in the eyes, she said, "Have a nice day..." No exclamation point, she did that as uncaring and robotic as possible, with zero feeling. She then stands in front of my car and motions for me to come forward, which is odd, because I am only 3 feet from being outside, but, O.K.Immediately, she throws her hands up frantically(!!!) and motions for me to go left, I mean, I am in the place that she had earlier asked me to drive to, so, that was insane of her right there. Again though, no eye contact, but a really angry look on her face as she was doing this. There is no way that by going straight that I could run off into the oil well down below, she told me where and how to drive up. Why was it now different? She again, without even looking in my general direction said, "Have a nice day..." No exclamation point, no real sincerity, just very robotic.I said, "Lady, I am not sure what your problem is today, but you are very rude, for no reason".She came back and said, "You need to learn how to drive!". Exclamation mark that time. Not a, "I'm really sorry, Sir, but I am having a bad day, etc."I then said, "You certainly don't know how to do your job". Usually I wouldn't say a thing, but she needed to know.As I was driving away (slowly) I heard her yelling things at me, I don't know what. The VERY WORST time that I have ever had in my entire life when it comes to being a customer, and, for no apparent reason. It most certainly didn't start with me, or, ended with me, I am sure.I knew that I should have driven away in the beginning. The thing is, I have been going to this same building to get my inspection for 8 years now, EVERY time that I have left I told the people there how much I appreciated them, and I also told the manager, EVERY TIME.That was before they got bought out by this insane oil change place. Those people are no longer there.Steer clear of Tasha...

A very friendly lady worked there, she brightened up everyone's day, every time, I can easily say that she was the friendliest person I have probaby met in my entire life, with zero exaggeration. A hair over $100 for an oil change. They charged my card and handed me the receipt while they were still working. As he handed me the receipt I asked if they checked the air pressure in the tires. He said “I thought you didn’t want that”. Are you kidding me? I said “Yes I do. And it shows on the receipt Tire Pressure-Checked”. Obviously it was not done. This place has gone downhill so far it’s sad. I need to find another place.

I went to take 5 yesterday for an oil change. I was greeted by a young woman asking what I needed. I told her an oil change. She was very nice. The other workers were just as nice, gathering information since I was a new customer. The only problem is that the cost of the oil change. 100 bucks. I'm sure I could have found it cheaper somewhere else. Next time I will stop around.Service: Oil change

I always stop here for my oil change and tire pressure check. Service is fast, technicians communicate clearly, and the business is conveniently located. Price is better than a dealership, and I don’t need to schedule an appointment. Highly recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

The ladies and gentlemen that serviced my car were extremely kind and kept me updated thru the entire process! I really appreciated they showed me the old filters coming out and the new clean filter going in! Also showed me my oil dipstick and that it was full of oil and clean fresh oil was in there! Them showing me all that gave me a peace of mind in knowing they did what they were supposed to! Definitely will be back there!

The place only has one customer.when I arrived, it took 10 minutes for them to direct me into the bay. It took an additional 45 minutes to change my oil, the staff never spoke to me to tell.me why it was taking so long but come to find out they someone unqualified working on my car and had to get several other workers to figure out how.to.correct a mistake a worker had made.At no time did any employee explain to me what was going on nor did they apologize for the hour delay..I have used this business for.all.my vehicles since it opened... But after the shoddy way my wife and I was treated , I will not utilize it again.

I went in for an oil change. I was told during the process that I was given new oil, but did not get a new filter because the rubber protectors near the starter were gone and could cause a fire…sounded strange (motor wasn’t on) as they comped the oil change. Drove it to a dealership and they changed easily. Figure I won’t go back. I wondered why the inside of the truck shook. They obviously couldn’t get the filter off.

Do not get your oil changed here! They completely lied and took advantage. I got my oil changed here while in town and not only did they put the wrong oil in my car (5W-20, my car takes 5W-30), they also lied to me and put their regular grade bulk oil when I requested full synthetic. As if that's not enough, they then proceeded to overcharge me for what should have been the full synthetic oil! I questioned this multiple times and they assured me that everything was correct. If I could give negative stars I would!

So I went to this place with my sister cause she had to get her car inspected and it looked completely closed. We assumed that they had the doors shut because it was hot and the AC was on. Then my mom tried to open the door but it was locked so she knocked on the door . Then some girl who worked there was with this dude who looked like he just tasted the rainbow. Then my mom goes are you closed? The lady said yes. Then my mom asked why are you guys closed? You guys close at 5:00 pm and it’s 4:00pm. The lady says well the guy I’m working with has a death I’m the family and he asked the boss if we can close early and the boss said yes. My mom says well I understand but can you put a sign up that’s says we’re closed due to a death in the family. Then the lady who worked there starts yelling at my mom saying HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU FEEL IF YOU HAD A DEATH IN YOUR FAMILY. So my mom goes calm down to the lady and she continues to scream at my mom. Then my mom says you guys suck and the lady that worked there replied and said YOU SUCK TOO. That is totally disrespectful and immature take 5 you guys need to clean up your act and hire better employees.
