I had my truck towed to Paris Ford because the transmission cooler line busted it was after hours I filled the envelope out with my information and my extended warranty next morning I had to call talked to Russell told him about the truck from that point didn’t hear anything so Saturday I called talked to a young lady to see if my truck has been looked at she said the extended warranty was coming out Monday I asked what did they find with the coolant leak she gives me this laundry list from oil leaks and so on okay that’s fine but they submitted everything to my warranty company without my approval my ext warranty approves two repairs I get a call from Russell stating how much the warranty is paying then tells me my part is $1286.02 for the same repairs my warranty is covering my Deductible is $100.00so when I declined the repairs calls me back saying they would do the repairs but I would pay $594.05 as I still declined he tried to fill me with a butch of crap that I know is crap seeing I’m a service advisor myself and have been for years so then Russell tries to tell me that I’ll be paying for a diagnostic which is fine then says I’ll be paying for a restocking fee in the parts now the parts was out of stock and 4 days out I get a text today that I owe $184.97 for diagnostics I’m fine with but $159.82 on parts restocking fee that isn’t in stock I’m not fine with so I really do hope CJ Barnett gives me a call
