Drove down from Oklahoma to purchase my car. The entire time they answered all of my questions and concerns with great care. Super friendly atmosphere, and my buying process was pretty fast.

Typical salesman/dealership problems they go as far into getting you excited for a car regarding a price or condition. They were physically showing how frustrated they where after I asked them for specifics on details I’m assuming they thought I wouldn’t know about. Not everyone is young & dumb to accept the first offer, especially after mentioning all of the problems the vehicle had before ever taking it on a test drive. Worst non flexible dealership experience. I only went with a friend to help out her negotiations since I’m more educated in a car buying experience.

The Service Group at Paris Ford is amazing! I was working out of town, about 6 hours from home, when my truck problems happened. Russell and the Service Team took care of me so I wasn't stranded and I didn't have to cancel any of my work for the week. Thank y'all so much!If you have vehicle problems when you’re out of town I pray that you’re near Paris, TX!

I had a coupon for $59 oil change and tire rotate at the Paris Ford dealer. They told me my air cleaner was dirty, I asked how much for the filter and was told $31 and said okay. I was charged $82.50 for labor, $79.14 for parts, $3.00 for hazard waste plus $6.53 tax. I will never do business with them again and I know a lot of people who will not either. To top it off, the cashier called the service manager over to see how he can rectify the situation but all he could do was just grin and say, "that's just the way it is". They did give me a discount of $43 but the final bill was $128.17. Did I mention I had a coupon for $59? So far I've heard from other people who said the same thing happened to them.

My Bronco wouldn’t start. I called and the gentleman I spoke with told me I could get it towed because it was still under warranty. He was polite and professional and kept me updated on the progress. It was a bad battery which they replaced. I had it back by the end of the day.

The promo clearly said $1 down with good or bad credit. Then after seeing my credit that I warned wasn't good they decided to say the fact that I just started my job is why they couldn't help me even though I ran my own business right before this job for over a year. It took them 3 days to tell me it was because of my job that they couldnt sell to me. They just didn't want to sell to me because of my credit and had to come up with a reason other than that considering their promo and would have been in trouble for false advertising. I doubt they will let this be shown but this is exactly what happened. I know this; it doesn't take 3 days to decide that since a person just started their job that you can't sell to them. If I could give zero stars I would.

I'm currently writing this review after an exasperating wait of 3.5 hours for an evaluation of my recently purchased vehicle. The service consultant, Trevor, informed me at 9am that a diagnosis would take roughly 2 to 3 hours. Given the time constraints, I specifically asked him to disregard the air conditioning and focus on the U-Joint issue.However, when I requested my car back after a lengthy 2.5-hour wait, I was informed they needed to reassemble the AC—despite my earlier instruction to disregard it. As a result, my wait extended to an exhausting 3.5 hours, and to my dismay, my car is still not ready. To add insult to injury, I noticed through the window that the mechanic supposed to be working on my car had moved on to another vehicle.Regrettably, I brought my car to this establishment for service—a decision I now lament. Had I been advised to simply leave my vehicle when I scheduled the appointment four days ago, I would have made appropriate arrangements.This ordeal has been nothing short of a comedy of errors, and I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider before utilizing their services. The customer service experience was further marred by the unprofessional attitude of the front desk staff.In summary, this establishment has proven to be a profound disappointment.UPDATE TO THE REVIEW above.My ordeal with this establishment did not end with the frustrating wait. Unfortunately, after returning home and recounting an exhausting 5 hours since the beginning of this debacle, I've discovered that the problems have actually escalated.I had brought in my 2020 Expedition Platinum this morning for an evaluation of the U-Joint and an intermittent AC issue. The AC, though not always working at peak efficiency, was at least functional. Now, after their intervention and a tedious 4-hour wait, I'm dismayed to find that my vehicle's condition has markedly worsened.Upon departing the service center, I heard a fan kick on. I didn't think much of it initially until, after about 10 minutes into my drive, I realized my AC was now entirely non-functional. Inexplicably, they had removed all the freon from my vehicle. Additionally, I noted a fan running at full speed throughout my drive.At the risk of sounding paranoid, I'm forced to consider the possibility that my vehicle was intentionally sabotaged, perhaps as retaliation for my expressing my dissatisfaction to the service personnel. I plan to have an independent mechanic examine my vehicle first thing tomorrow. If any evidence of deliberate tampering surfaces, I will be pursuing legal action against this dealership without hesitation.In summary, this is an unparalleled service nightmare, the likes of which I have never encountered before. My initial disappointment has turned into disbelief at this turn of events.
