“I was working a very difficult case which a client had lots of questions. Jonathan was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He answered every one of my calls and was incredibly patient with all the back and forth that I had to do in terms of speaking with our client and their pharmacy. There was an issue with UPS and he reached out to them and kept me updated through the whole process. Again, Jonathan was wonderful to work with and people at this company should be trained to work and communicate like he does. He deserves all the recognition and a raise!!”

“A great pharmacy and the folks who work there are wonderful.. Everyone is very helpful. When my dr. prescribes new meds for me I can call the pharmacy and ask if I when I can pick it up so I don't have to make another trip to Paris. They usually say 20=30 minutes. How great is that? Thank you Paris Apothecary.”
“The staff is great, they've always been helpful and kind.
But since it was bought by Walgreens they shortened the hours and are now closed on weekends. I work full-time and it has been impossible to get my prescription that's been ready for the last week.
The shortened hours is obviously a decision made by corporate to squeeze a little tighter and wring a little bit more money out of the pharmacy at the expense of the customers and the employees.”

“Honestly the only issue I had was the automated phone system, I'll advise calling the store operator and ask to be connected to the pharmacy, once I did that and spoke with Tee, and Hannah additionally the 2 pharmacist on duty on 2 prior visits, this was one of the friendliest and truly a cut above in the customer service these associates working there were born with and or trained of the importance of being so thoughtful and helpful.....huge applause to Paris Walmart Pharmacy and all the employees I've have been fortunate enough to have conversations with....sincerely R Young”
“Walgreens in paris is one of those Businesses that you go into to get what you need and come out with a smile on your face to the sweet Ladies up front and the adorable ones that work in photo to the pharmist and his staff always friendly always asking about you and your family and their very helpful if you have had a bad experience in this pharmacy then you went in with a bad attitude and was rude and I bet even then they were nice Amazing Pharmacy.”
