The lady was really nice to me and was careful with my nails, she nicked me a little but quickly stopped the bleeding and made sure it was alright I would definitely go here again 10/10

I came here with my mom because she wanted to get her nails done. Based on the Google reviews, it’s not a place I would normally choose, but I decided to give it a chance. The moment I walked in, I instantly felt like I didn’t want to get my nails done anymore, so I decided to wait until I got back to Dallas.
A lady asked if I wanted my nails done, and I simply asked if she could change my color. Her response was, “Did you get your nails done here?” — which came off as rude and dismissive. That’s not good customer service at all. Regardless of where I got my nails done it’s no way I would take off a full set of nails for a color change pretty sure she thought I was crazy enough to do it🙄
I wouldn’t recommend this place. The staff was pretty rude. If you’re looking for better service, go to Paris Nails instead.
We made it to the nail shop at 1:07 and it’s 3:35 shouldn’t take that long to do nails/toes. A fill at that just ridiculous sad and disgusting very much they are scared to make money🙄 it will be 4:00 by the time they get done🤬😡😤
As I stated it would be 4:00 I cannot believe I sit in a car for almost 3 hours because they refused to do my nails I knew this wasn’t going to go well something told me in my soul to just go back to Dallas I cannot stand petty people.

This was my first time at this salon. The guys doing the pedicures were not as experienced so it took a little longer but they were nice and had someone to help them when needed. It was very neat and clean. Staff was excellent. I highly recommend them. I will be going back.

Horrible Job. They were trying to rush as if I wasn’t a paying customer. They reuse the clippers and equipment without sanitizing after every customer. I asked them to fix my nail and they acted as if they didn’t understand what I was saying

Would not recommend their services for anyone, especially children. The rudeness outweighed the bad nail job on my daughter.

I had Jason as my nail tech and I really enjoyed my time here. He took his time and made sure my nails looked good. I found my go to nail salon and will be requesting Jason from here on out.

The experience was not good at all. Took our granddaughter to get her nails done for her birthday and the two ladies working were in deep loud conversations the entire time. I asked them if they ok and that just went back at it up until our 5 yr old was ready to have her nails dried. I then told them this was the worst experience we have ever had and what was intended to be a celebration ended up being the most uncomfortable situation listening to them argue/complain the entire time. We couldn't tell what they were saying because was in a different language but the tone and mannerisms were obvious.

I normally go to Bella, but they were packed, and I needed a pedicure like yesterday. The woman who did my pedicure, P, did a wonderful job! She paid attention to detail and asked if I wanted my nails cut and how short. I would highly recommend!
