The gal who does my labs (I am so sorry I can’t remember your name) is an absolute angel!!! I have seen her a few times now for appointments and she always makes sure that I am comfortable. I’ve had bad experiences with bloodwork but I trust her more than anyone. She’s very nice, efficient, and a great person. I will always go to quest for my bloodwork just because of her!!!!!

Hi! I want to take a moment and share my positive experience with Quest today in Paris, Texas. I had an appointment at another lab collection facility and when I showed up (after confirming my appt) they were closed. Panicked, I was able to see there was a Quest open and close by. I tried to make an appointment online but was not able to. I showed up as a walk in. The checkin process was easy. While what I have written so far is not amazing, the amazing part comes when I meet your phlebotomist Stephanie. She was polite, attentive and helpful. She was patient with me, especially when we had to call my MD office for additional info. She also demonstrated a high level of skill when it come to lab draws. What Stephanie did not know is I am a nurse and am very good at difficult lab draws and happen to be someone we refer to has a “hard stick.” Stephanie got my labs on her first try. This has not happened in years. I am always stuck at least 3 times. Thank you Stephanie for making a stressful situation better. I hope Stephanie gets kudos/recognition for her job well done.

Staff was rude. Was told they are no longer taking walk-ins, but you are still able to sign in as a walk in on their system. No one was in the waiting room.

Quest has misapplied 2 of my payments. I have sent them proof of where I paid 4 or 5 different times. Still no results! Their customer service truly sucks, they can’t resolve anything even if I drove there myself and handed the proof to them. Also super visors will not call back! I have been trying since May 2023 to get this resolved, I guess the next step is the attorney general!

They couldn't find the order from the doctor. Had to wait in the lobby. Please add you Fax number to your information so we can ensure the doctor sends it to the right number.

As in paris fashion they will close for absolutely no reason. And Friday they close at 3pm the hours are wrong. Kinda annoying when you live in the country just to drive in to find out they closed more than 20 minutes earlier than what’s posted on the door. Maybe update your online hours so they are correct. Thanks for nothing

I was unable to complete an appointment due to a certain ongoing(?) supply shortage, and nowhere is this critical situation mentioned by Quest corporate. The breaking news had to be delivered by the phlebotomist themselves.

I was supposed to have lab work done yesterday at Quest Labs in Paris, TX. I signed in and waited. A lady comes out and says "sir, are you coming inside for lab work?" Yep. "Here, you are going to need to wear a mask." So she reaches into her right smock pocket and digs around for a good 3-4 seconds like she was wading through pens, paper clips, notes, maybe a snickers bar or two, God only knows what was in there, and then finally pulls out this ratty looking mask. So I look at her with an expression that could have only been interpreted as "are you freaking serious right now?" She stares at me like "are you gonna put this on or not?" I ask her "so is that the mask you give to every patient who has showed up today - or maybe even in the last few days - to wear? That ONE mask?" "Yes sir." "They all wear that ONE mask?" I asked again just to make sure. "Yes sir." I told her she was out of her ever loving mind and left. And then canceled the follow up appointment with the urologist. I am DONE with the medical profession. D. O. N. E. DONE.

Sonya was absolutely wonderful!I’m always anxious when I have to get my blood drawn, she was very kind and comforting! The lab was very clean, the best part was I didn’t even feel the needle stick!Sonya did a fantastic job, 5 stars all around!

My daughter visited for follow-up. Quest Diagnostics is thorough and prices are reasonable. They gave a definitive diagnosis after 35 years of searching.Wait is relatively short.

They are always friendly and professional, and most of the time it does not hurt to at all to get the blood work done.
