I have moved a lot over the years! This time we have found our forever home! The worse part about moving…. Is moving all the stuff?♀️! This time moving, instead of breaking our backs, we called Rockin E moving and storage! And we didn’t break the bank! They were very careful taking our stuff to our new home and very reasonable! I highly suggest calling them if you need something moved or a house full of stuff!

When they gave the estimate, they said they would come with 4 guys and a 28’ foot trailer. Came with two guys, and a driver, and a 20 foot trailer. They were not very proficient at stacking the trailer and did not utilize all the space which led to multiple unnecessary runs back and forth.Watch out for “additional charges” that are not discussed prior to the move such as additional charge for moving blankets, shrink wrap, fuel surcharges, they start their time when they leave there warehouse. That was an additional hour charge to drive from Paris to Tigertown. Not sure how slow they drove but that is less than 20 miles.I would not recommend these movers.Our last move was done by Whiz moving. They had two guys that would run circles around these movers and were extremely fair with their rates and excellent service. This move was on short notice so we were unable to use Whiz.Rocking E over promised and under delivered.

Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They promised minimum four movers and a 28 foot trailer which I said was too small to begin with. They showed up with two guys and a driver, with a 20 foot trailer. No experience in stacking to utilize the space properly. This caused multiple wasted trips. But they don't care, they're paid by the hour. Watch out for additional surprise charges and fees, such as, they want to charge you extra for using their moving blankets, extra charge for shrinkwrapping, extra charge for fuel surcharge, they start their time when they leave their warehouse. Somehow it took them an hour extra to drive from Paris to Tigertown, less than 20 miles. Insurance on your items is an extra $90 per item. If you are in Paris I recommend using Whiz moving. Those guys will run circles around this company. I would've used them again, but they were booked up and this move was on short notice.

HORRIBLE! Please spare yourself and find a different route before hiring this company. We hired this company to move and store our house full of furniture while building our new home. The quote from which they came out and gave us completely changed after the guys came out to pick everything up. That wasn't including all the hidden fees and packing materials etc. That was just the beginning.. after all of our things was moved to what was told to us a climate control storage unit we found out that our furniture was crammed in a hot warehouse taped off with about 3 other peoples belongings. I requested to see our furniture and they panicked. The office manager at the time was Stephanie and the rudest woman you will ever talk to. We was told we had to be accompanied by a staff member to see our things at all times and schedule a appointment. I have NEVER seen a storage unit like this. The reason was because so many other peoples things was piled in with all of ours. Once we arrived to actually look at the furniture, I was speechless. There was our whole house of beautiful stuff thrown with no care, or concern in this dirty hot warehouse next to someone else's dirty ripped up couches. I looked at all these other furniture that surrounded mine, and I just knew roaches was going to be in it from the look and smell. They had no explanation for what they did or care. I said this wasn't what was told to us we was getting! They did not care and still charged me the same monthly rent. I asked several other times to go look at our belongings and it had been moved each time to different areas of the warehouse floor. They said because they have other people moving in and out so they continuously move and throw our things around. We had boxes crushed and broke down to the floor. I had top grain leather furniture scratched to pieces and heavy objects piled on top stretching the leather. I had a 500.00 wool designer rug with black mold soaked half way up from apparently a flood? I could see the water line on the rug after unrolling it. There is a really sweet lady that works for them named Suzanne, I would call her to make payment and have her meet us at the storage unit. She would apologize for the company and owner over and over. She was the only positive experience. I contacted the owner one time myself and he was absolutely the biggest d******* you would ever talk to. I then apologized to her for having to work for such a horrible company. My wife and I got our things out as quickly as possible, and finally been going through our boxes in our new home. Sadly there is so so much just gone or broken beyond repair. It's like it was all for nothing to even store it and pay all the money and hell we went through. We would've been better off donating our entire home to someone who needed it because we walked away with just about nothing after it was all said and done. Lies, scams, and unprofessional.. don't let this experience happen to you.
