Young girl at the counter tried to sell me 2 different colored shoes as non returnable but with a discount of course. The two young guys were wrestling or helping each other do flips or playing acting much like some at recess. The manager, or who I assume is the manager was running back and forth from front to the back talking loud to the gymnanastic boys. Only one person asked me if I needed any help and that was a young girl with long dark hair. The only one who actually seemed to be taking her job serious. Work can be fun but remember, technically, it's the customer who pays your paycheck.

I have a pair of kids Converse shoes I bought there, size 3.5 and they sold me two right shoes. My kids been running in circles counter clockwise for a couple minutes now. Please help.

I hate that they close the one in Hugo honestly this one seems a little more expensive than the one in Hugo was but had a really good selection of shoes and everybody was very friendly and ready to help

I was looking for a pair of shoes for my upcoming wedding and they didn't have my size in the shoe that I wanted. The manager went out of her way and pulled a few strings to call another store and have the right size shipped to me. Top notch customer service!!!
