I've tried many places and this is the best one yet. Service is so fast and the employees are so sweet and nice specially Abbie. Great costumer service and not to mention she is really pretty.

I can't remember the guys name but he is a younger Hispanic male. He just wants to make his sales. He will act nice and backstab you make it where you have to buy a new phone from him. HES VERY RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC AND WILL LAUGH IF HE MAKES YOU CRY.

I went there to switch over from Verizon to T Mobile due to the local 5G advantage. I drew Anya Salvarria as my Mobile expert. She was knowledgeable, personable and had a great team backing her up. So far a positive experience.

Got a New phone replacement for mine a little less than 1 year old for $ 5.00 plus a free screen saver. all apps changed me in less than an hour. Very curious and helpful

I came in to return a wireless router that wouldn't work in my home, and when I walked through the front door, I was immediately greeted by Anya with the big scowl on her face, and when I told her I'd like to return this instead of her, wanting to take care of the return she started going defensive and say if you didn't buy it here you can't return it here and I told her I bought it four days ago. She then blew me off and told me to go to the guy next to her and I guess since she wasn't going to get any commission, she wasn't interested in taking care of the customer!T-Mobile isn't a bad phone service it's just the employee that works there "Anya"

T-Mobile told me I could take my trade-in to this store but they refused to take the phone.This is an edit:Instead of giving the same response to everyone who writes a bad review, why don't you tell me WHY your employees did not take my trade-in device? T-Mobile support told me I could take that trade-in device into a T-Mobile store. Your employees refused to take it.

T-Mobile Internet - I just set up T-Mobile internet. I have been using Suddenlink / Optimum and paying them $92 per month for 100 Mbs download and 5 Mbs upload internet only service. I switched to T-Mobile for $50 per month with unlimited streaming. I just did an Ookla speed test and am getting 140 Mbs download and 35 Mbs upload speed. WOW!

I went to the T-Mobile store to inquire about an upgrade I was met by a employee named Alfredo Who clearly was in a bad mood after being rudely spoken to as if I was not comprehending what Mr. Alfredo was saying he quickly told me to get out mind you I'm a customer who pays their bill on time every month mine and this is the type of service that I'm receiving absolutely not I canceled my account I can pay for some other company to treat me better

Alfredo is the most atrocious employee ive ever met in my life He is Rude Dismissive and not very knowledgeable about what is going on And I only decided to leave this review after reading a couple of others glad to know I'm not alone thankfully customer service reached out to me and was able to rectify the problem but I don't think he should be working for t-mobile especially if he doesn't want to help customers

Only t.mobile store nearby, the manager Clayton (I think his name is) acts like you can't go anywhere else so you gotta deal with him. Wouldn't let me open an account with 2 lines because I asked if I could possibly keep my number the same. Blatantly rude and refused to give me a corporate number.

There service is good there workers know what there talking about and the workers are nice hepful and respectful.
