For the first time in a long time,
I met a problem solver, and not a parts cannon person.
Interestingly enough I had a rebuilt transmission with about 7,000 miles on it when it stopped working. Apparently they were mistakes made when they rebuilt it. He found the internal gasket on the oil pump was leaking. As well as a few other issues inside the valve body from the previous builder. I've only owned this truck 6 months. It has 161,000 miles on it. But the way it works now, it's a difference between night and day.
After driving it home, I now know the problem with shifting difficulties always existed since my purchase . It shifts like butter now. I'm so happy to have found a great transmission mechanic...

“Excellent experience. We had spark plugs replaced in a 2007 Ford F-150 with a 5.4 3-valve Triton engine which are notorious for their horrible design. We were able to replace three of the spark plugs ourselves with five broken off and needing to be drilled out in order to be extracted. We dropped the truck off on a Wednesday before Labor Day weekend and the job was completed by Tuesday of the following week. Fairprice. Exceptional service. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.”
