Don't care about service, Don't go online to have a certified letter redelivered. They won't redeliver on the day you select. Then next day they leave a note to pick up at post office again. Waste of your time.

Miranda is such a sweet lady and great worker! Very patient and helped me with my po box, retrieving my mail for me in the back that she didnt have to, since it technically could've been sent back due to my payment being a lil late. She understands we're all human sometimes and her empathy was such a refreshing trait to see, as its becoming such a rarity in employees these days! Thank you paris post office for hiring her, shes a great asset to your team ❤️

Tell your delivery people to stop stomping on peoples vegetable gardens and use the walk way up to the doors! Y’all killed my vegetables by stepping on them! Be more aware come on yall can do better

Horrible experience. My package was due here by Saturday. Checked the tracking, it arrived at my local facility Saturday at 7:45AM. It didn't arrive. I wait until Monday and check the mail, and it still isn't there. Once again I check the tracking, and now it is several cities over for some reason. I tried to call customer support. It utterly refused to allow me to talk to a representative. The computer consistently ignored me, and proceeded in steps to end the call despite asking to speak to a human being. This is nothing short of sheer incompetence on multiple levels.

Stop leaving my mailbox open after delivering my mail so someone can easily steal it and it can ruin in the elements.

Absolutely horrible customer service , the lady with gray hair and brown low lights did not want to service me she was rude and did not even try to help . Poor attitude and I expect more at a facility like this . This is a Federal Building, totally unacceptable her attitude needs to be addressed. The older black lady is always sweet and kind I wish she had been the one helped me . I will come back when this lady is not there

Our regular delivery person decided not to ring our doorbell today (which has a camera) and just leave a redelivery request form. With the number of miss delivered and lost mail I'm not sure they can even do their job.

Very slow and when I went to the post office to ask about my packages the black lady was very rude she didn't even tell me what I wanted to hear she just told me what my phone had already told me

We get a lot of packages from Amazon and we have one delivery lady(long brunette hair, youngest)that we are not pleased with. She backs into our drive than instead of putting items on porch or on pickup tailgate or evan in the back of pickup if tailgate is up sge proceeds in putting them in the grass by the driveway. This is in full sunlight and there are ants that get inside the packages. Sometimes there is cat food or evan human food in these packages and the ants find their way into the food. I don't like lazy people that can't do a proper job. Wish we had a better person working our route.

I was hit by a USPS mail carrier and the supervisor told me I would be contacted. Weeks later I was given a number to call that doesn't exist. Now a month later with no info I have filed a claim with my own insurance, and have spent $1200 for a rental so far. The misinformation I was given will end up costing me literally $1000's.

Have to have a PO Box to get my mail. The route I'm on the carrier is always on the phone. And they never get the mail in the right box at my apts. So I pay an extra $168. A year.
