I don't take giving a one star lightly, but this company has earned it. I was with them for several years because of where I lived at I had no other good options. They started out okay, but then loaded way too many people onto their towers. Then we had to upgrade our equipment because their equipment failed and we had to install a 60 foot tower to get service, which I will come back to. The service was better for a while, but it went back to being unreliable with any time it thought about raining the service would go out for long stretches of time. Now back to the 60 foot tower I had installed by Zulu which was installed so poorly that I had to have someone else come out to fix it because it was only buried 15 inches in the ground with one bag of concrete for a 60 foot tower! I am lucky that it didn't fall and cause damage to my house. They take no responsibility for anytime that their service is down, for their shoddy tower installation, or for anything in general. Not to mention that they are more expensive and they get you to buy into their so called "insurance" which other companies just include into their monthly price for faster service as well. My advice is to stay away!!

Zulu is an amazing internet company. Their service is consistently reliable and fast. During storms or blackouts, they do a great job communicating outage information. But what really sets them apart is their service. David especially is always ready to help when I have a question or concern. Zulu changed the game for us!

My family and I got this internet service because we were drawing at a end of what internet would go out into the country. However ever since starting their service, they have been horrible with terrible customer service and were money grabbing from the start. At first they said we need a tower built that goes over the trees where we live at but every time it storms the internet would go out and they have to have someone fix it. Then they started demanding we pay 3 grand for a newer tower because the old one doesn't do its job apparently? They would refuse to fix the old tower even though they charge a service fee for fixing it! Like who does that?! Finally, we had a bad storm at the beginning of May and the internet was down for almost 2 months! They kept blaming it on the tower until finally someone told us they turned off our internet because we refused to get the tower and if they dont like you, they can turn things off and not tell you. My final say with this company is that they are a complete scam and is not worth any of your time nor money!

Honestly We come from a city where we had Spectrum! I can vouch for this company when I say top notch service. We work from home and the internet hasn't let us down yet! Zoom calls are crystal clear without delay! Streaming is the best you get for being in a rural area!

We have been a customer of Zulu for a few years and have always had good service. I made a phone call and talked to a young lady for some questions I had and she really took the time to help me and I really appreciated it.

I just wished zulu had technical support 7 days a week, seems like the only time my internet goes out for non know reasons is the weekends, besides that I have zero problems with zulu, been a customers for couple of years now. BTW, it's not weather related it's 75 and sunny today, with 12 mph wind, (sunday).

We've been customers for years and to be honest I feel like the customer service has gotten worse and worse every year while the internet quality has improved. The product is good but the company representatives are terrible. Lies, broken commitments and blaming every issue that arises on the consumer. Any issue with equipment will cost you more and more. We've had issues causing loss of service many times in the past that was caused by the company with no reimbursement. We've been waiting 2 weeks for a simple service, blamed twice for reasons it hasn't happened when I was toldly flatly by another employee one of the excuses was a lie, and if something happens to the equipment in the meantime I am out another $300. Nice little scam. I was 2 days late to cancel the account with written notice and got stuck with 2 more years of this. Just go elsewhere and don't get trapped like we did. It is not worth it, period.

On January 25th 2021 a storm came though north Texas and lightning knocked out three (I think) of Zulus broadcast antennas. With that, of course our internet was out. But, with the Pros at Zulu, they had service back within 24 hour, and full service back today, January 27th 2021. I just want to say "Great Job!". We so much appreciate all your work and dedication. They even kept us up to date with the work. Super friendly people, great service! I can not say enough good about Zulu Internet, they are number ONE at our home where the internet keeps work number one and entertainment number two ahead of the game for those of us who live way out in the country. Thank you all so very much!

Internet goes out AT LEAST once a week. From what I can tell there are only two ladies that answer phones in the office. One is very polite and tries to help you out as much as possible the other acts like she hates her job and wants nothing to do with you (she has answered the majority of my calls). If you need internet to work from home to provide an income for your family you might as well go through another provider. They do not offer any reductions on bills or help to solve anything, just tell you there is an outage and they are working on it.

Update: today my previous company come to recover their equipment and took the wrong one down. The same installer was there within 20 minutes of my call. I have filed a complaint against said company with the FCC. Thanks again.

Best internet I have ever used and reasonably priced! Works great no problems with speed! Happy to have found a service that reaches us outside of Lamar county and is reliable!
