This auto shop is magnificent. Very affordable and Leo will teach you if you want to learn. His staff is very knowledgeable and hardworking. I recommend to anyone who needs a straight forward answer on what's going on with their vehicle. God bless this shop!

while driving in the San Fernando Valley, our truck was involved in an accident. it was not drivable and without know where to take the truck we had a tow company take it to their facility. dealing with insurance took a few days and by the time the truck was ready to go to a shop, the fees were incredibly high. I was 500 miles away and they wanted cash to release the vehicle. Alex at Brothers was such a help. he had his own tow truck pick it up and he paid the fees. he gave an estimate but before he could do the work, the insurance called it a total loss. although I didn't have Brothers do the collision repair because the insurance wanted it totaled, I would recommend the shop due to the ease with which was able to deal and communicate with Alex and his total professionalism.

I recommend the Dos Brothers Mechanic workshop. I have known them for years. They always solve car problems without making you spend a lot of money. Very friendly and fair prices. God bless this workshop and its employees.

Brothers Auto Collision are a U-Haul Vender The level of disrespect shown customers is reason enough not to do business with this company local you think that customer service or at very least common Courtesy would have been sown the Owner was hatful and had no patients or willing to hear out his patron BAD Business Owner Would NOT recommend !!! one star because No stars are not an option ...

All three brothers are the most kind , genuine , noble and humble people. I recommend this business to all . Este negocio lo recomiendo 100% ! Went to speak with Person working there to see if they could help get me info on a hit and run accident. Guy driving van that hit me drove off .The person who I spoke with said they had ? cameras he was going to look into it and get back to me .I'm waiting to hear from them .Friendly and Courteous, very respectful his name is Ary.

Typically, "auto body shop" (or auto anything shop) and "five star rating" are an impossible combination, so when I saw the five-star review for this place, my immediate reaction was skepticism and worry that these are fake reviews and I'd bring my car to this place and be scammed. My car had been in an accident and my front bumper was badly damaged and almost hanging off the front of the car. I had been to two local body shops which said my car was too old for them to deal with (thanks for telling me that before I drove there in my falling-apart car) and one who said he was too expensive for us and would probably charge $7000-$8000 to repair the car. We went to another place who said there would be a minimum $325 charge to take apart the car and give us an estimate (which would probably be at least $5000 and probably much higher), and finally another local shop who peered in with a flashlight and knowingly told us that the radiator and compressor were damaged and would need to be replaced, bringing the total to $7000 to $8000 like the other place. We had paid $6000 for the used car, so I was resigned to the fact that we were going to have to junk it. Out of desperation, I scoured Yelp and saw Brothers Collision Center, this unicorn of a body shop with a pristine five-star rating. The aggregate reviews didn't set off my BS detector so I called the shop and Alex spoke to me. I described the situation and he said I'd have to bring it in for them to do a reliable estimate. I said I was trying to avoid that because his shop was across town (I'm in East LA and he's in San Fernando) and it would be a two-hour drive on the side streets. He told me to text him some pictures in that case and he'd do his best. I texted him pictures. (I wasn't able to pop the hood) and he quoted a price of $2500 just based on what he saw outside, which is a far cry from the $7000 to $8000 I was quoted by the shops in East LA. I was sure what would happen next: he'd pop open the hood and "discover" all sorts of other stuff and the estimate would be same as the others. Nevertheless, this was my Hail Mary pass and the other reviews seemed legit so I spent two hours gingerly going on side streets on what would have been a one-hour trip on the highway. When he looked inside, he found other issues, which I had expected, but still said the total would be $3500, which is 50%+ less than the other shops' estimates and there was no inspection fee. I then expected him to say that he wouldn't be done with this for a couple of months, since one of the local shops I'd been to was booked out until January. He said it would be done in about a week. And wouldn't you know it, a bit over a week later, the job was done, the car drives smoothly and the job was so beautifully done that there is literally no trace of the accident. All the while, Alex was friendly, honest, a good communicator, and an absolute joy to be around. All of these positive reviews are spot on. At one point, he asked me how I found him and I said his stellar Yelp reviews and he grinned and said that people come to him all the way from Oxnard because they trust him. I'm a software engineer, so I can take the wildly varying degrees of competence of my fellow software engineers, the amount of BS some of them spew, and the utter helplessness and powerlessness of non-coders in being able to ascertain the veracity and competence of these software engineers and extrapolate this to other professions. That said, I've never had a car repair experience where this was so blatant. The local dude in East LA totally lied about the radiator and compressor being busted. Alex literally saved this perfectly innocent car from the scrap heap. What's more, he radiates honesty and integrity and he's a fun and humorous person too. I wish I could build a machine to clone Alex and his team and put them in charge of every other service business I ever have to interact with for the rest of my life.

The owner chose honesty over a sale- that gets 5 stars in my book! Although he didn't get my business this time (I didn't buy a lemon and get the body work repaired), I'll definitely keep this business in mind for the future! My friend is trying to sell me his damaged car. I was considering it and getting the bodywork repaired. The owner evaluated the car damage, gave me his estimate which was honest and a fair price, and checked under the car and noticed some damage. He warned me and gave his honest opinion- that he wouldn't buy the car since it'll probably have problems later on. I respect the owner's honesty! Sadly, there are a lot of shady businesses that'll just go for a quick sale, and not care about the customers' well-being. The owner talked me out of buying a lemon- even though it meant less business for him (in the short-term, not in the longterm). I plan to return here for future work. I saw the quality of his work on other cars and it looks excellent! On a side note, I had a conversation with the owner and he is pleasant and seems easy to work with. He is down to earth, honest, and a hardworker.

Where do I start. Called them up. Set up an appointment to take my car in as I went through my insurance. Everything ran so smoothly, within a week and 2 days I had my car back like new. These guys do an amazing job from day one to make you feel like you are family. Alexander took great care of us. I would highly recommend this place if I could give 10 stars I would.
