Honestly, this place has really bad management. They should consider getting rid of the current lady manager because it seems like she doesn’t care about the store. There are a few employees who are great, though. For example, Angel, the light-skinned lady at the register, is always friendly—we always chat. The skinny Black girl on the taco side is always smiling and working hard, even when it’s busy (one day I came in and she was handling everything by herself along with Angel). The small Mexican lady is also super nice and sweet.
But overall, the store itself is in terrible condition. It’s always dirty, there are gnats everywhere — even around the food and drinks. The drink fountain is always flat, like they never change it. Sometimes there’s barely any food on the grill, and the bathrooms are always disgusting.
There are just too many issues with this place. Hopefully, management makes changes and hires more people who actually want to work, because the few good employees deserve better and a better pay rate.

I have observed two distinct levels of customer service during my visits. The service for hot food is truly outstanding, while the experience at the register is just horrible. On one occasion, I waited in line as the young lady at the register was occupied with her cellphone. When she eventually began to assist me, she did so without any verbal acknowledgment, simply staring at me. It seems that management might need to review and reinforce their policies and procedures.

Signs that says 25 cents for register with their rewards are false advertising. Another small sign on the pump says 11 cents for the first 7 visits. That's the discount you actually get. Store employee was clueless and apathetic in regards to the situation. Store should take down old promotion if it is no longer being honored. Weak leadership here. Disgrace to the Japanese people who own 7 & i Holdings! Shame on Ryuichi Isaka, as your still responsible for the new CEO as his senior advisor.

Sucks that its in a good area and its always dirty in there, since iv come here restroom are always dirty/gross!
Windows are dirty, screen at the counter is all greasy! Looks like management doesn’t care!

I never leave reviews at gas stations.
But I was super pleased here.
They have a bar where I was able to hang out until I waited for my ride and charge my devices.
Got a couple of refreshing drinks
Great vibe for a gas station! lol

When this location 1st opened it was nice. I only come to put gas and grab myself some coffee here and there. The cold coffees are always out unfortunately. The cleanliness of the store went down as well.

It's 2pm, 26 January, and that girl yall have running the counter, chauntel or channel or something, absolutely unreal how bad it was. Took so long to do anything it took me 10 minutes to get out of the store despite being only 3 back in line, she overcharged me for my donut, then gave me the wrong change. Did yall even watch her work for even a second or no?
