This location is an embarrassment to the 711 brand. They have gas pumps not working all the time. The drink machines are ridiculous. They never work.
Forget wanting a slurpee, not going to happen. They have 4 flavors never working. Weird thing is they have 2 different machines for slurpees. Why are both machines always down?
This is a lazy issue at this store. It was not always like this. Years ago you could go and it was clean, you could find what you needed and get good service.
Now Forget about it, move on to the next store because this one is sad.
The coolers dont work with at least one empty every time. The staff is always new. It's rare to see an employee stay past 6 weeks.
Tonight's experience was the absolute worst. You'd think with all the above information and experience I would know better than to go back to this location.
However, being hopeful decided I would walk over and get some snacks and drinks. Packaged of course.
Keep in mind this is a 24 hour location.
I walk up to 711 and enter, the doors are open like they should be but instead of being greeted i was told they aren't taking any more customers and the man that was at the register (customer) was his last customer for the night.
I couldn't hear or understand what was being sad so he (clerk) and the customer repeats that he's the last customer and not taking anymore for the night. WHAT?
I say ok and walk away.
What is going on at this store? Does anyone have any accountability for it? Is it a rouge store that was forgotten about? Does anyone own it?
I'm perplexed. It sits right in front of a nice neighborhood also serving the subdivision behind it. It's on a main road. There's no reason this store should be in the state it is in.
Is this a poor mentality showing?
This store is just disrespectful to the community. Please do something about this 711.
It's not acceptable and changes need to happen fast or you will have to be voted out of our community

Worst gas station in Pasadena. Non of the pump work. It’s like playing a game trying to find one that works. Bad gas station.

ONE OF THE BEST LAREDO TACOS SPOT IN PASADENA. I’m picky and there are only a few stripes in the city with good food… this is one of them!

12:25am sept 5 my husband and I came for 2 simple things and the guy at the counter Adrian complained and said “ I don’t know why people keep coming to this gas station they could easily go somewhere else “WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. Do better !!!!

Pumps are constantly broke and NEVER cleaned or serviced. Very dirty. Never any windshield washing fluid in the outside trash/cleaning receptacle. Gas prices are always more than other places

Lazy ppl work here! The store is dirty and they don’t add receipt paper to the pumps! What’s the purpose of getting a receipt printed outside by pump if they can’t load the machine with paper! Disgraceful!

Wednesday, may 24, 20235:00 am"I recently visited the Stripes store and had the worst experience. The cook had an ugly attitude. The food was cooked not ok and tasted like nothing also. The store was also clean and -maintained. The staff were friendly ( the rest of them) and helpful throughout my visit. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for food before work and she acts like she issued for the food….La comida no e esta buena la mujer actúa como si la cobraran a ella y estába bien feo.

Pumps are always broken, lines are always long, and the store is chronically understaffed. It's basically impossible to stop in before work for breakfast unless you factor in at least 10 minutes of waiting in line for food, and another 10 to pay. Tacos are hit or miss. Sometimes they're fresh and delicious, sometimes the egg has been sitting out in the heater for so long that its turned to rubber.They slap when they're fresh though, hence the 2 stars.
