I used to think this place had the best Laredo taco location near me and now it’s pretty disappointing. I’ve only been in the afternoon recently and the man working does not know how to wrap a burrito. It was literally just rolled. Like a cheesy roll up from Taco Bell. I’m paying 9.99 for a burrito, you can at least make sure the people making them know how to close the tortilla properly lol

This location is always clean and organized. We stop here for restrooms late at night and they are always clean. Overnight lady is nice and the coffee station is great.

I am writing to formally bring to your attention an incident that occurred at your location on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at approximately 11:30 PM.
During my visit, I interacted with one of your employees whose behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Specifically:
She did not greet or acknowledge me upon entering.
She has been consistently rude and dismissive during past visits.
She spoke sharply and unhelpfully when I asked about store products.
Her unwillingness to provide respectful customer service made it clear that my concerns were treated as an inconvenience. As a daily customer, I have experienced similar behavior from this employee before, but during this particular visit, her conduct was unacceptable to the point where I decided not to complete my purchase and left the store.
This experience left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a loyal customer. It does not reflect the level of service I expect from your establishment. I respectfully request that management investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure that all customers receive courteous and professional treatment in the future.

Saturday me and my coworker went to grab a coffee but had no idea how to make it but Scotty was sooooo helpful he prepared a delicious coffee for us and showed us how to make it. Also Felipe the cashier was helpful these young man are awesome!

I love this location! I come in everyday for ice and the staff is always nice and courteous. Scott, the manager, is awesome! I get coffee from time to time and it's always fresh.

BEWARE SCAMMERS! Do not come shop here! My husband came here to buy some snacks, two days later we were charged 200+ at a pearland in kroger while me and my husband were eating at a restaurant. We both freaked out and filed a dispute. I am 100% someone from this store stole his card information because this was the only place he physically tapped his card, other than that we shop online or at the pump. For this reason i do not trust gas stations with cards i rather pay cash but lesson learned

This the second time I came in here in the morning and the same white female employee with red hair is very rude. Last time came in and said hello good morning and received no response. And when I went to check out she said not even 2 words to me. I thought oh well maybe she’s having a bad day and that’s understandable we all do every now and then. But this morning I placed a order on the internet and I come in same employee and I Greeted her said I had a online order and she doesn’t even left her head to say hi to me just “give me a second” and when she finally talks to me her and another same age about black female employee (she also had a rude Demeanor as well) tell me they are out of what I ordered and don’t even give me a change to get a substitute for the item just go and cancel that item without asking me first if I would want something else . Then just hand me my other items. Will not be coming back to this location in the mornings for sure

Rude old white lady with glasses got upset because we asked what was wrong with the ice coffee machine. She was so upset she threw her pen down and smacked her teeth when I told her I’ll wait for the machine to be “cleaned” even after she said it would take 20 mins.
