Most of the drinks in the dispenser was out. No one said anything to me when I walk in or out. 1 was 2 feet from me stocking candy at the cash outline(self serve).

The cashier, girl with dyed red hair, gave me incorrect change back!! I came here 2 days in a row. Once because my friend wanted a Zoa energy drink. The second time to use the bathroom while on my way to Baytown. There was hair in the women's bathroom sink. When I was waiting for my friend to get out of the bathroom I said hi to an employee, when she should be greeting me, and she did not even say anything back. I won't be coming back to this 711 ever again.

LAZY AND DISGUSTING. I've never seen a store so dirty. They probably haven't mopped in a good while. Came in the morning (0700) not busy at all. There is no excuse for the floor to be that dirty. I seen at least 4 employees. Not one of them could grab a mop. One was even wear slides. That tells you everything about their work ethic.

This store is horrible. Always dirty, never any taquitos,soda machine hardly ever has the soda you want. Slurpee machine is the same way. Never any fresh brewed tea. Employees always in the back or on their phone. Came in yesterday around 4:00 pm and the cashier was acting really weird like he was strung out on drugs. I tried talking to him and he was just starring off in space and barely answering me. And what words he did say he was slirring. Soda area was filthy. Soda was spilt everywhere and lids were all over the place. A bottle of tea was thrown in the chip isle just laying there in the chips and chips were on the floor. I used to like coming to this store but now not so much. Pretty sad cause this used to be my favorite store. Whoever the district manager is I think needs to come check out this store more often and you would see why your ratings are slow low.

I work 3 mins down the road and I use this store for the awesome rewards but the employees are never at the register no pumps never have receipt paper and just today I went in at 11:40a and I waited for the cashier to finish testing who ever she was texting until she saw I was there

Worst 7-Eleven/Laredo taco in Houston and surrounding area.I travel a lot and been in a lot of 7-Eleven/Laredo and oh man bad. 1 person doing tacos one person checking out. No coffee everything is out of order and the one coffee maker not working. People was too busy to help. Never going back here again

First time stopping by at this location cuz it will be my last time to too. The counter very filthy full of crumbs and sticky very nasty top it off the floors are dirty as well.. cashier very rude too

Extremely bad service. Candy the lady attending on 09/21 at 9:15 pm didn’t care the gas pumps were not working and when trying to get a refund she is trying to make us look like dumb like we don’t know what is going on.She was the only one working at the time. CARELESS all the way

Work station...went in specific for Laredo Taco and food was fresh and yummy looking but after a 4 min wait, we had to chase down someone to get server from back. Otherwise... awesome as ever. great work space for a business woman on the go. My favorite fast food taco place... LAREDO TACO
