This will be my last time coming here for the foreseeable future until your female cashier with colorful hair and a bad attitude, service, and learns proper etiquette on customer service and how to do their job. If you’re having a bad day or don’t know how to deal with complications and issues that come up during your shift. You have to learn how to deal with them and know how to talk too customers and not be an ass because you have to take care of a spill in your cooler and stop worrying about your relief so you can run out of the store because you clearly didn’t want to be there. Hopefully 7-eleven can rectify this issue with their bad customer service.

Insanely stupid to have a soda machine that lacks the very ingredient to produce any soda. Not one of the two machines but BOTH. Bro how? Does nobody check them? I mean dang may as well remove them entirely if it’s such an impossible burden to add syrup that’s prepackaged to a machine. Not like it’s bussing like the DMV or the local club. I swear to god it’s unreal how ZERO effort goes into the simplest things. Are we giving raises to those who show promise in avoiding tasks? Don’t waste your time at this location.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. The employee Charise was extremely rude to me due to what seemed like her having a bad day and taking it out on customer.
She definitely needs a course on Customer service as she has no knowledge on how to treat paying customers.
She mentioned that she called her boss to "ban" me from the store which is fine cause I would never want to have to have this type of treatment from and employee anywhere I am paying to receive services.

How y'all even open without a debit card machine that works. Most disappointing experience ever, over a $1 fountain drink. Do better 7-Eleven. Your employees deserve better than disgruntled customers that can't pay for their stuff with debit cards.

The guy working at the Laredo taco inside 7-11 on 9-4-24 clearly doesn't like his job I got 2 tacos from this disgruntled guy I should have looked before leaving the store but he just puts steak on it nothing else puts them in the bag sets them on the counter and walks away the number to call 7-11 doesn't work the number for the Laredo taco would ring forever I've gotten tacos from other locations and they were great but never again from this location
I already did a review I'm not going to a website and doing another fix your store don't fix your store I don't care I'm not returning

My tacos are burnt. Tortillas are hard as a rock very disappointed. Who ever is running the kitchen there needs to fired. This is the nastiest food ever. I paid 30.00 for four beef fajitas tacos, that's not worth a dollar. I do not recommend this store.

Honestly, as long as the cashier with a visible scar is working there, you’re better off paying at the pump. Her “what do you want” statement & attitude as soon as you ask her for service is horrible, just horrible. I guess that’s what I get for waiting in line, then interrupting her being glued to her phone, while on the clock. 7 Eleven, please help! Please!

7/11 can be so good, but some can really be "hit or miss." This one is definitely a miss in both service and other aspects. It's too bad, but probably a good thing there are a few nearby. Hopefully they aren't as bad.

You better off going to the one on Fairmont ...the African American girl with blonde braids is rude and had a stank face every time she gotta do her job. Baby you filled the application ...bad day or not put a smile on yo face n greet all yo customers..she need to be fired n replaced with a happy go lucky attitude .. person...

Very bad attitude from the lady who works in this store, the one who sells the tacos. This tortilla was cold and hard, her attention was very unfriendly and I will never return!

Bianca has a lot of things to improve she's treats people like Inferior, EVEN customers, She's not supposed to be a cashier, rude, aggressive. I'll go to any 7-Eleven but no this one anymore.
