They were quick to call me twice today to sell me something else for my home and to tell me one of the couches that I ordered was broken and actually tried to see if I wanted to take the broken couch and someone come and fix it I told them I would be home at 5:30 they said the driver got here around 5:40 someone knocked in our front door which I did not answer mind you I already have a washer and dryer from this company and when they got to my home to deliver it the drivers called me to tell me they were here at my home and even waited for me because I stepped out (this is when I got my washer and dryer).
I called the store to find out where the deliver was Chris decided to tell me they driver came and left they are not required to call their customers when they arrive to their home. Now back to the “front door” my front door is in front of a road there is no where to park and no where to the pull the truck up to so common sense would be to come through the back where the parking lot is. The fact that Chris told me “We are not required to call” actually shows you don’t care about your customers or employees because you would rather work your employees work double instead of having the driver call the customer? So now they have to return to my home for a second time to deliver something that should’ve been here today which is only going to be one sofa instead of two because I was being nice enough to wait on the second one because the other one is damaged mind you I already made a payment on and signed the lease! Bad business because of this I will not be a customer any longer after my items are paid off

I enjoyed buying a sofa set from Danny at Aaron’s. He was the nicest friendliest professional guy . I have dealt w Aaron’s for 25 to 30’ years . Never have I came across such great customer's service . I rate him a 4 star.

Terrible customer service!!!! Lori is great! She has always helped me with no problem! But that other lady is terrible!!! She calls me like 5 times a day before they are even open or all day when I’m at work because she says my card didn’t go through… Long story short after like a month come to find out they put my zip in wrong… I would literally have to go In every week just to give them the same card they have on file. Im not sure who she think she is yelling at someone on the phone and being smart with them…

I have an account with them have not been late with 1 payment my used tv stop coming on and they picked it up and brought me a loaner tv and the picture tube is gon they told me they was going to bring a tv out today haven’t heard from them and still don’t have a tv but they take there payment faithfully every other Wednesday

Do not buy from this company! My friends apartment building lit on fire and this company refuses to help her out with this issue. They expect her to pay for a piece of furniture that no longer exists & was ruined by the fire ? very disappointing with these type of companies.
