Our first time dealing with SR-22 because of a laspe of insurance because we simply couldn't afford it at one point in time. It was between that and rent you know? Anyway after dealing with life changing events after we got back on our feet we found out my BF's license was suspended due to that lapse of insurance. We didn't even know that was a thing. Anyway after being on a merry-go-round between different insurances between the state of Texas & LA (our situation was unique 🙄) no one seemed to know what to really do. Except this fine woman named Jessica Luna. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, understanding, realistic, patient and pleasant to deal with her customer service alone exceeds all expectations. She really helped clarify right from wrong information from previous people I've spoken to. I'm very happy she was there to help & she certainly goes above and beyond. Thank you very much Mrs Jessica. You deserve a raise & hopefully one day an opportunity to really let your personality shine & be recognized ✨️

I wanna give shout/ recognition towards Jessica Luna bc if it was up to me she deserves a rise or recognition for her service form the company cause She was very professional and was amazing on answering all the questions and concerns I had about my car insurance, She was truly looking for my best interest and gave me exactly what I wanted she took her time to find the best coverage that will benefit me. I Will recommend this place to everyone bc I know how much hassle it is to find great place that’s for the customer and not treating us as if it’s a fast food place, she gave me exactly what i was looking for I wish there was more car insurance experts like Jessica Luna because truly did a outstanding service for me. also Thank u acceptances insurance for being so out going and delivering what us consumer are looking for I wish there was more agencies like this one around.
