Arrived on a Sunday at 1:46 to clerks no customers ask for a diagnostic till they don't do none on Sundays whatsoever I've asked for a manager to speak with I was told Anthony is the regional and Vanessa's over the manager hopefully I get something resolved. Guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere now since advanced Auto parts can't seem to help the customers

Be aware that a lot of items are in the wrong spots. I contacted their corporate office after the female blond (or blond highlights) Hispanic “manager” horrifically disrespected me in front of other customers and employees. She made sure to say that it was my fault (the customer) for picking up the product that was in the wrong location to begin with. I guess this store doesn’t believe in properly “zoning” or “auditing” the location of their products! While I was in there, they had a customer get a refund on a bottle of oil that was USED!!! I guess I had the wrong color skin because she definitely wanted to argue with me. Well, good luck when the district manager contacts her. I will follow up on this because it is not right that a customer gets disrespected over a mistake their employees made. These people lack proper customer service skills, proper training, and they also lack empathy. My business will forever go elsewhere.

The guy sells me a spline lock for my lugs on my truck tells me it'll fit I go open the thing it does not fit I go to return it and they tell me they can't do a return you are a terrible company advance Auto parts and you should shut your doors your staff is clueless they have no idea what they're doing I wish I could give you negative Stars

Thoroughly clueless employees. I asked for a 7/16 14 pitch nut and she asked me if I had a part number. Their website says they sell them individually. Get to the store and she brings me to a rack of hardware and then walks away. No attempt to even help me find it. I think she had no clue what a nut was. This is why I generally shop at Rock Auto or Amazon when I need auto parts. If I'm going to deal with order takers then I want to get the best price. Sign on the door says "customer service is our focus" but clearly that's not the case.

Vanessa and Maribel do not need to work there at all. Sold us the wrong parts twice. Then miss Maribel had an attitude when I went to return said part, stating "well that's what the computer says". If it's twice now that it's the wrong part... you are looking the wrong thing up! There is an older man who works there who is amazing!!!
