Very dissatisfied, I ordered the thermostat and Housing from a specific brand, they assured me that they have it by special order, ok this was on 12/05/2024, today is 05/16/2024 and they tell me that they haven't had that part for a long time. in stock while I'm struggling with my broken car waiting for nothing and they can't even return my cash I have to keep waiting ???????

Staff went above and beyond to help me. Even informed me where another location was & if they had what I needed. Unfortunately what I needed was discontinued. They did help me find another product that does the same job. Thank you for excellent customer service.
