They say you owe a bill you pay it then they send you a shut off notice on the internet every month it’s something with these guys . If you have ANY other options for internet and I mean ANY. Do it. This is probably one of if not the worst internet I have ever used. If my apartments didn't mandate using this pathetic excuse for internet I would gladly be using another service.

Horrible customer service. The girl helping us was yawning and falling asleep and laying her head on the desk WHILE talking to us. She was lazy and no help.
