If I could give 0 stars I would definitely give it. What a horrible service AT&T, terrible internet, loses coverage most of the time, terrible speed. I really think it would be a good idea to change for this company but it was my worst mistake. I have been calling customer service for three months "Supposedly" they fix the problem and the next month my bill looks like the electricity bill and not the phone bill because it is so high for 4 lines they have discounted me up to more than 300 dollars for a plan that It was supposed to cost 35 per line. I WARN YOU NOT TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME BY COMING TO THIS PHONE COMPANY. There are many, save yourself bad times and very high bills for horribly bad internet.

Terrible service from the Manager Jazmín told me a price and the next day I went and another person attended to me who, according to him, validated the same thing as the manager and then they changed everything for me. The next day I went to the manager and she said that she couldn't do anything because I didn't go to her because it would only be a little more expensive and she already changed her attitude when I took the contract and the bill arrived almost 200 dollars more expensive than what she told me. I spoke to customer service and she didn't write down any of the specials. what did u say to me according to what they told me
I was going to give like 400 dollars as a gift card ?? and it's only 100 so who knows if they go to that place

Yazmin, attended to us on 06/21, 5:00 pm, I have had a problem with the equipment I purchased, I have filed complaints and claims and I have never received a response, she attended to us for the first time and cared about my problem, He has solved it for us as much as he could, although he can solve it completely, he has shown the greatest interest for which we are very grateful for his service.

This is far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my whole life, if there’s an option for 0 stars this would be it. Employee named “Melva E” on 5/24/24 cussed out my mother made her cried and wanted to make some smart comments about her appearance and the issue we’re having. The issue I was having was that the debit card was charged 2 times in this transaction which is unacceptable, because the payment is only 75.39, and not double that.When we brought up the issue she was completely rude and extremely aggressive.Not to mention I’ve called serval times this location when I found out I was charged double ,but there was no answer instead I was on hold for several minutes, but when I pulled up I’ve see 2 employees on there phone walking around giggling.

Was promised a 20 dollar off promotion for 2 years when i first signed up , and didn’t received it . I am being charged regular price at 55 dollar when it should be 30. I am very disappointed with customer service .

Both of the ATT employees helped me with any questions or concerns I had. They were very patient and friendly. I will definitely refer the Southmore, Pasadena location when looking for a new phone or service provider.
