I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in the door. The representative assisted me with getting my phone and iPad set up for international travel as I will be taking a trip soon. When she checked my account, she noticed that I could have a better rate and handled that as well. Lastly, she was able to take my payment while I was there so I would not need to do it later and also told me about other services. Alisha Escobar was so helpful and kind!

After an hour the staff didn't know how to help me active a new phone and took the liberty to selecting the new phone number without asking for my input. She seemed frustrated that she lacked the knowledge to provide the service. I think she needs more training.

Roberto was very knowledgeable and efficient. I came in to trade in my phone and he helped me and showed me the phones to pick out. He also made me aware of deals at the store such as the 20% off once you get 3 products. I'm extremely satisfied with the service Roberto provided!

Purchased my first Apple Ultra 2 phone yesterday at the AT&T store in Pasadena, TX. Outstanding service!! Very happy with my in store experience!! Terrible service, they checked my credit and I qualified for a new phone, I spent 3 hours only to be told that your order was canceled without any explanation.

Customer service here is awesome. I am a truck driver and my phone got ran over by while I was getting unloaded. I rely heavily on my phone and I was in need of a replacement quick. I placed an order online and it was ready for pickup very quick. When I arrived at the store there were customers being helped and other customers ahead of me and I was able to get in out and back on the road in a timely manor. The gentleman helping me was very polite and he checked to ensure that I had everything I needed and answered all my questions. Thank you aging for all your help, I will definitely be back aging to this location.
