Customer service here is awesome. I am a truck driver and my phone got ran over by while I was getting unloaded. I rely heavily on my phone and I was in need of a replacement quick. I placed an order online and it was ready for pickup very quick. When I arrived at the store there were customers being helped and other customers ahead of me and I was able to get in out and back on the road in a timely manor. The gentleman helping me was very polite and he checked to ensure that I had everything I needed and answered all my questions. Thank you aging for all your help, I will definitely be back aging to this location.

Roberto was walking toward me before the door closed behind me. He was very nice and took care of my issue (new credit card for payments) within 5 minutes of arriving. He then told me of the current specials on iPads, watches, iPhones and Samsung phones. Couldn't have been a better experience.

The worst experience I’ve had with any company. They stole $1200 from me and every time we try to talk with the store manager Ignacio, he avoids us and is never there to help resolve the issue.The issue is that we went in to get an iPhone but they originally didn’t have the one we wanted so we just purchased another one outright $1200. We had gone back in to get it set up and Ignacio was the one to assist us. He convinced us to return the device and do a trade in with our old device which we agreed on because they had the iPhone we wanted in stock. He did the return and said we would get our money back within 7-10 business days(this was back on August 2nd) needless to say we still have not received our money back and Ignacio is absolutely nowhere to be found. When we reached him the first and only time he claimed we got approved for the refund and would receive it at the end of October and still nothing. The reason we never received the refund in the 7-10 days was when we did the return they had sold the device to another person and never properly did their job so now we are out $1200. I hope he gets held accountable for screwing people over and playing games

I really dont mind waiting for my turn when its busy but after being told the manager was going to speak with me regarding an issue and waiting over 1hr and being skipped as well is what irritated me. If yall rather me come a different day that is fine but tell me something insted of having me wait a long time sitting looking all confused for nothing because end of it all my question was never answeredAnd i did check in as well

Second in line as soon as the doors opened at this AT&T Corporate Location. Walk in and walk up to the first representative I see. I explain to him that I was told by the Loyalty dept over the phone that even though I upgraded my phone online, I could take my trade in devices to any Corporate location and drop them off. This guy doesnt even log into my AT&T account, he simply tells me he cant help me, and that I would need to call AT&T(isnt he also AT&T?) and have them(Him?)switch the process to an in store drop off. Im not sure he could have been more disinterested in providing customer service. The more wild part of my experience, is that this guy started his day of customer service by not providing ANY. Even the Loyalty rep I was on the phone with while inside this location was put off and didnt understand why this in store rep refused to even try. Hopefully someone who matters at AT&T sees this review.

The manager of the AT&T Pasadena, TX Beltway 8 store, Travis Pollet was very professional and knowledgeable about all of the products that I selected / purchased. He made sure that all of the equipment and accessories were setup and configured properly before we left the store. I highly recommend AT&T to anyone looking to fulfill their wireless communications needs.
