I just had the alarm replaced on my Pathfinder, Auto Thunder originally installed 11 years ago, needed new technology for security. Ali and staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and gave me choices for my needs. I completely replaced the old security system and I am happy with the price and customer service, would recommend.

They don’t know what they are doing! Don’t bring your cars for any speaker or sub installation! I regret coming here! Wish I could get my money back. They told me to bring my truck back 3 times and never fixed the problem,

I should have known by the amount of stars that this company has, that it wasn’t the best. I had work done here and had to bring my cars back multiple times for them to fix it and I was still having the same issues! I highly recommend that you go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble and inconvenience - please go somewhere else.
They said they were going to change the radio out since the one they sold me was malfunctioning but yet when I got my car back the radio stations that were programmed on the previous radio (the one they said the would change) were still programmed, which means they didn’t change it.

Guy told me over the phone that some LED bulbs came with a 1 yr warranty but when I got there he said that they don't and only the more expensive ones that were double the price had warranty. He will quote you over the phone and will try to upcharge you when you get there. And by the way the bulbs didn't work right in my truck and he wouldn't return them.

i had my intoxalock device returned and paid for them to ship it and months later, intoxalock has not received it.. they told me to go pick it up at the service center and i need to ship it myself.. WTH? i already paid for them to do it.. NEVER again and do not recommend this place to anyone..

The whole crew there were efficient and quick.Only rock lights and a bass booster but I will return soon for my halos, I could not have asked for a better place to run up on, the funny thing is I wasn't planning on stopping honestly hadn't ever seen this place but I am super happy I decided to stop in, their welcoming and caring personalities are a plus which will make me go back again and again. Thank you for being super awesome. Don't change
