My check engine light was on, so I used their equipment. The staff was very friendly and I did not have to wait long to get the monitor and purchase the sensor.

bobby joe was the rudest worker at an autozone ive ever came into contact with. she had an attitude with every question i had. she really seemed like she didn’t want to be there and we ended up leaving. she didn’t even care when we told her we were going to report her. come on autozone yall gotta do better with who yalls hiring.

Been going there for years trying to return a battery that has warranty they want to do a rebate and the manager is having a bad day so she doesn’t wanna deal with anything and she walks away the store manager. She says I’ve had enough by you have a good day. I run a fleet of vehicles. This AutoZone store has lost all my business and I would tell all my friends not to go to this. Autozone the store customers recognize me and told me I would never ever go there again.

There was a lady in the store that had an emergency medical issue going on in the store. But the police officers and paramedics got there to save the day

Sketchy... they said battery was no good. They tested, then they said they would charge it. Come back few hours later and they said no good and start showing me new batteries. Well over $200 was unexpected to spend at the moment. I buy a $15.00 charger on Amazon, give it a full charge, and truck starts right up. It's been 2weeks and no problem
