Prices twice as high as Amazon and they also try to get the upsell on parts. Platinum spark plugs are just fine in most 17 year old vehicles. These platinums have at least 40,000 miles on them and I'm just replacing them to do it. Lost a $25 sale trying to upsell me $44 spark plugs. You win some, you lose some I guess.

I went in a bit hesitant due to not knowing if I knew what light bulb I was needing for my vehicle for my surprise the service was amazing. I walked in there was two gentleman he informed what to do to verify what light bulb was needed and then to my surprise he also informed me he could get it installed for me. Talk about full service with an excellent attitude that made me feel comfortable to say yes and I wasn’t a bother to them. They have a great atmosphere in this location. Highly recommend to visit will be definitely visiting here more often due to service quality. I also did witness another customer praising them for assitance on his last visit. So I can tell this is genuine employees

I have been here quite a few times and I don't remember having a bad experience (yet) thank god! Once in the past I bought a new battery and the lady helped me put it in with me. I was here yesterday 4/25 and Mike helped me with light bulbs for my car. He was honest and said he couldn't replace my blinker light which is ok, but at least he told me. He replaced my license plate light. He was professional and kind the entire time. It is unfortunate to hear some people had bad experiences at this location.

I would've given them 5 stars, but the store manager Maricela is really rude. I got to the store to do a battery warranty. Jayden was really helpful with the whole process. Since the battery was bought through commercial, we needed to call the shop. In the process of calling the shop and trying to figure things out, Maricela was rude to the shop owner while I was on the phone with him. She wouldn't let him finish talking, she would raise her voice, and her attitude was unnecessary. You would think management would have respect for business owners, especially when they spend so much money with them. Autozone needs to send her to management training, but other than that, I would say the help I got from Jayden was 5 stars.

I can't believe the terrible service and the extreme rudeness of the employees, even the manager! Instead of assisting you, they just pass you around without any care. I've never had such a horrific experience at any other Autozone before. I strongly advise against shopping there.

I took my dead battery here 2 hours later I come back to tell me that I need a new battery so I said No I just take it as is, I install it back in my truck and it starts with no problem. This people were trying to sell me something that I didn't need ?

Manager and 2 male technicians assisted with replacing a headlight that had a short. Manager, came to assist in order to make sure everthing was working properly before I left. Unsure of names, but yall know who you are. I appreciate your help. Thank you.

I normally go to this Auto Zone because it is close to where I live. I've never had any trouble until my last visit. I walked into the store with my toddler. Nobody was at the front desk, I had to walk to the back of the store just to find two employees getting upset about the "shipment maybe" Daniel was very rude once he attended me he seemed like he didn't want to help. I was having battery issues. He told me he couldn't test my battery because it was corroded. He said you'd have to clean that for me to test it. I stayed quiet because I could sense he was already mad. My son was staying hi to him and he still seemed annoyed (I understood but still RUDE!!) meanwhile he went in to get this brush to clean it off and tested my battery. He said my battery was at 50% and there was nothing to do, but let it charge, So after he told me that I just left he did NOT offer anything to really help me, so I left only to end up at another Auto Zone (because that's where i like to go to get my batteries) just for them to tell me I had a bad battery.

After being told by a police officer that I had a taillight out, I went to Auto Zone on Fairmont Pkwy to get help buying the correct bulb for my car. I was welcomed immediately as I walked in and was helped by Lorenzo Briones. He was so helpful finding what I needed and offered to replace the bulb for me. He suggested we change both sides so I was very grateful he was there today to help me. It took him about 5 minutes and I was back on my way. I am a new customer now for life!

I waited, they opened late. Salesman didn't no how to change key ring battery. He was going to use a screw driver to pry it open. I said never mind. Now I'm rushing to work. Waste of time
