I went there yesterday with my dog (first time at this location) everything was amazing! The facility was clean everyone was super friendly. John was the vet tech that helped me and he was absolutely amazing he answered all of my questions and you could tell he loves what he does there.

I called about a dog that had been abandoned. The dog had a microchip that was not registered but the microchip company said Banfield on Fairmont inserted the chip. Animal Control officer spoke to the office and was not able to obtain copies of vaccines. I called to obtain copy of vaccines because the owners do not want the dog and the dog was coming into rescue. The person who I spoke with give me a bunch of Whoha about HIPPA. OK so HIPPA does NOT apply to veterianary services. I explained to her what HIPPA is (I have been in the medical field since 1972) she refused to give me any information other than verbal which does no good. SHe then put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up. STOP Saying HIPPA is part of veterinary service According to LUCAS Veterinary Data Security (I tried to upload the artlcle but I was not able to do so). All I wanted was the dogs vaccine records, I don't care who the owner is/was. Black out their name. We are a rescue try and work with us to help this dog. Due to the lack of cooperation I now have to revaccinate this dog because I can provide a rabies, DHLPP or bordetella vaccine receipt. Verbal won't be accpeted by anyone for boarding, etc. LUCCA Veterinary Data Security says on their website:Just because HIPPA doesn't apply to us in the veterinary space, doesn't mean we can't leverage the basics to help safeguard our data. What that means is you can have policies and procedures that prohibit releasing data but STOP saying it falls under HIPPA because that is not true. Worst experience ever and I will make sure that all my rescue friends are aware of this horrible treatment. According to your other YELP reviews your service is lacking more than it gives.

Both my dog and I were traumatized upon visiting the facility in Pasadena. While my dog is large he is not aggressive what so ever. He interacted with complete strangers in the waiting area. Upon entry into the examination room for a check up the Veterinarian wanted him muzzled. This did not go well! No exam was conducted. I will find a facility that does not require non aggressive animal to be muzzled.

DONT SHOP HERE......They will try to hustle you, they have done diagnostics on my dog before for her skin condition and she want to do the scrape everytime I come to buy the shampoo , her name is"CECI" , she said "go to petsmart and buy a their shampoo because your not getting one from here" as I was leaving I looked at the Google reviews and told front desk lady , " jisy saw this loactions reviews ,now I understand why I was treated the ways I was treated" her response " i don't care about Google reviews"

Never take any animal to this place. Had tests and blood work done on my dog less than a year ago and now I'm fixing to have to put him down. I'll never take anything back to them.

I made an appointment to see a vet for a well pet exam, vaccines, and a heart worm preventative. I sat in the waiting area while they took my dog. We never got to see or speak to a vet. They brought him back without asking about any concerns or health information. All they did was hand us a written sheet of paper acknowledging health concerns from a previous vet. The vet was physically there and would not even speak with us. Now, we have to pay for another exam from another vet to get the vaccination that should have been provided by Banfield. We paid for an office visit and never once got to even communicate with a vet. We already emailed the corporate office. They promised to get back to us and haven't. Banfield advertises a virtual vet visit and I can't even get them to let us speak with a vet when we physically waited in their waiting room. Most of their office staff sat there refusing to help customers. They checked us in under the wrong name. The made up name was still on the pet's records when we left. It was a very pay more and get less sort of experience.

The staff here is phenomenal so very professional, sweet, kind and comforting! Joanna, Christina and Willow have provided me with 5 star service everytime I have brought my fur babies Rainbow?⬛ and Foxy? for their preventative needs and wellness check ups! Thank you ladies for taking care of my girls!!

Don't take your pet to Dr. McPhee. She is a trash vet and will send you away because she's lazy and doesn't want to be bothered with you or your pet. Took my dog in for a comprehensive exam and chronic trouble with her ears. Six hours later, I get a call from a tech telling me she doesn't know anything so when I arrive to pick up my dog, I ask to speak with Dr. McPhee. After nearly 30 minutes of waiting, she comes out with attitude when I ask what was seen in her ears because she billed for it and she tells me that she doesn't know because she didnt put it on a microscope. My dogs ears are BLEEDING and I wasn't even worthy of a call to discuss it further. I'm sure she slept her way through vet school because there's no way this level of incompetence actually earned a degree. Save yourself and your pet from this waste of time and take them to a real vet.

My pup had an accident early this morning , I rushed her to the VCA and was told to take her to Banfield for a more thorough exam , I had no appointment as it was an emergency and I had just been there this past weekend for a normal check in . They were quick to take her in right away and help me feel at ease. They kept me updated with phone calls and even asked what food she ate to make sure everything was good while she was in their care. I am greatly appreciative of all the kind staff there ! They are wonderful and caring

Great staff brings my puppy German shepherd there for her check ups. The insurance there for the dogs Great so far nothing paid for extra for my dog medicine covered every time.

I have always had great experience with Banfield pet hospital I'm from Kentucky I have my dog on one of Banfield puppy plan I have always been happy with their work I'm traveling right now and I'm in LA Porte Texas when I poor baby got sick and when I took her in to Banfield I was told that it wasn't a drop off clinic and they didn't know if they could see her I told them that I had a plan for her though them and its fun how you get emails from Banfield about they are there for you and your four leged family members I explained I'm her condition and what was she is doing and all they what to do was run a test that would cost me 250 dollars which I didn't have the money for it then they wanted to run one other test for 101 dollars again I didn't have the money for it so I left her there and it wasn't even 15 minutes later they called and told me that she was ready for pickup mind you they told me that they weren't sure if they could get here in because they were a drop off clinic so unfortunately my experience with Banfield in LA Porte Texas was not a good one and I never really got a answer from them about what was wrong with my bella

This is my second time coming here to take Loki for his check-up (his previous owner seemed to not take care of him too well) and Loki absolutely loves it here! I understand they're very busy with other clients. There were 5 other pet parents checking in the last time I dropped Loki off! My fur child has terrible anxiety and hates to be separated but he happily walks back with the vet techs and gets so much love and attention from them! Thank you for loving my energetic German Shepherd!I apologize in advance if you've been near us in the waiting area! He is a big cry baby!
