It was my first time in this B.of A bank. I really liked the services. Natali was very attentive and being bilingual is a big plus for her. She was so good that she could attend to two people at once! She also new all the answers to ever question. I really think she deserves a big promotion or raise. There’s always long lines there is ridiculous and they have multiple stations but they always choose to have two people there. It’s really annoying.

Avoid this place at all cost . Horrible service here!!! Not friendly. They are lazy and move at the slowest pace possible. They see a line of customers and it’s like no one wants to help so the line can move along. One acted busy but she was clearly on her phone checking TikTok videos. ?♂️.

Good morning, we were attended on Thursday, August 10, since we decided to enter we were filled with expectations based on the opinions generated by other clients with their experience, since we entered we were attended by a kind, kind and very discreet person, and we I indicated that Mr. José Ramírez would attend to us but we should wait 30 minutes because they were serving other Clients, we were patient, in exactly 30 minutes José attended to us and invited us to take a seat to be served, he explained to us in detail about the products he They offer the bank and not only that. He took more than his time to inform us. We were really pleased with both the attention of Mr. José Ramírez and the resection lady who, unfortunately, we do not know her name. I take the time to write and thank both the financial institution for maintaining high value of quality and attention in its human resources and also personally to Mr. José and the miss who really with their effort, dedication, knowledge, and above all warmth they make a difference. I am pleased to be part of your clientele.....

I had 2 door dash transactions on July 12, 2023 that I used my bank of america prepaid card for. When I attempted to use my card for another door dash transaction I had exactly $24.84 on my card. The charge for the 3rd door dash order was 23.91. I was very surprised when I saw that my card kept declining! I called the Bank of America service rep early in the am around 1:15 am. She explained that there was a service fee for using the card for DoorDash so the actual charge would be 28.69 and that it was in a paper I received with my prepaid card. I looked at my account and compared to the DoorDash receipts to find out they had indeed been charging me fees unaware. This was outrageous to me considering the fees were not listed anywhere in the account. Why were these extra charges not notated or listed in the transaction list?! I transferred to the supervisor (Claudia Cruz) and demanded they remove the fees as the transactions listed were inaccurate as they didn't show that fees were attached to these transactions. She refused and instead kept repeating it was listed in the paper with the prepaid card like some robot. Furthermore, I checked the fee disclosure online and it does not list these fees anywhere!!! These business practices are very misleading and there is no excuse for these shady practices and illegal fees!
