Great place to go workout. Best times to go would be in the morning when they open and before noon, if you are the type that doesn't like to be in crowded places. And if you wanna beat the night crowd before 7 pm. It does have a great selection of workout equipment, pool, and sauna. The staff is very friendly and manager Benny is very knowledgeable and friendly.

06/05/2023 I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the gym. No complaints about the staff either, I hardly interact with them to be honest. The location is very convenient and the parking lot is huge. My only gripe with this gym is that it is a victim of its own success and can get too crowded too often to the point where you end up sitting/standing around waiting for stations; completing a full routine becomes too time consuming. It's the one thing that prevents me from coming here more often.-Pedro

you can't beat their price 10$ a month and they have all the weights and equipment you would find at more expensive gyms.
