Room had a few things that were just skimpy. The towels were small and the shampoo etc. wasn't enough for both of us, mainly because water was so hard. Lighting wasn't great in the room. The hallway had a smell that was not great, but at least the room smelt good. Breakfast was really good and the lady working the area did really well and was very welcoming. Front desk however was all business. No smiles, no how are you doing, or welcome both at check in and check out.
Don't park your car next to the trees. The bird poop was unbelievable.

We've stayed here in the past with our robotics team . The staff really are great and put up with our boisterous crowd. They've gone out of their way to help keep the kids comfortable and happy. The continental breakfast is good, and kid friendly. The rooms are large, the beds are cozy, and the pillows nice. It's clean and comfy.
Nearby activities: It's nearby to downtown Houston, a 20 minute more or less drive depending on Houston traffic. There is nearby shopping about 15 minutes to a Walmart.

The rooms smell very intensely to sweat or trapped humidity
The breakfast is terrible, way below your hotel breakfast offering in terms of quantity and quality

Good price, location not the best unless you have work to do in the area, I did. Big clean rooms, no complaints other than the free breakfast was HORRIBLE. Nice staff.

I loved the time I spent here, I have to mention that front desk was very helpful, nice and professional. The rooms were very well designed and beds were super comfortable(tested both of them?), and the pool was very cool too !. Overall, I loved everything there, if you are looking for hotel I recommend this one !!!Rooms: All I can say is good, great design, comfortable beds and great workspace too.Food & drinks: I didnt rly get much food but I got breakfast which was super delicious and got me all energized ! .Noteworthy details: Staff is super nice and I recommend going there.

Staff are overly weird. Everything about this hotel says ??♂️ ??♂️ ??♂️. The people that work the front desk are RUDE. I brought up the issues about wifi and nothing .Breakfast theworst a have seen.

This place is great for me and my kids. Bedsheets all clean, hot water coming through ASAP! Me and my kids enjoyed coming through here and after we woke up from a long day from a road trip we were amazed by the delicious food that was served during breakfast hours. There’s a lot of variety of options like eating eggs, muffin, cereal, waffles, yogurt, etc! We checked out and the Indian lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful to go through our problems and was very understanding!Rooms: The bedsheets are very clean and room was clean.Food & drinks: The shop near front desk is available 24/7 and has many variety choices of snacks. Lots of drinks!

Staff are overly weird. Everything about this hotel says ??♂️ ??♂️ ??♂️. The people that work the front desk especially the lady with the tattoos. RUDE. The other lady I guess Indian is weird. O so I brought up the issues about hot water and my options was it's hot enough. Go get a room somewhere else. Breakfast what breakfast ? Its creepy getting on the elevator also because of the other door. An the son just stares at you like he wants to eat you. Perfect hotel for a Halloween party ??
